@@orlando193 if ur talking about the second day bench in the program i think its paused bench which is pourcentage based so i think ur max is not accurate because maybe u usually touch n go or something else . Just lower ur max and try again.
Is there any value to stretching a cycle over a longer time period? E.g. turn a 4 week program into an 8 week program by doing w1 back to back and same for other weeks
I think im too weak for this. If your bench is 205 this is suggesting that you should only bench 155x3 which is basically a warm up. Im sure it works better for higher weights like 315 bench would be 240x3

Stopped training till failure. Doing five sets of five reps instead. Especially if you do squats I’d rather not train till failure.

Elite lifters when they run 300 programs just to add 2,5kg to their total (just get into bodybuilding)
It's worth it for some us to work hard for those 2.5 kg

Should top sets be RPR 6-8 from beggining to the end of the program or should it be increased towards peak?
I think should cycle intensity over a microcycle, and loading will increase as you get stronger over a cycle
