- So despite being sick and lack of sleep Saturday night into Easter I managed to get my bopis orders in during BBW's flash sales for soaps, wallflowers, ffms, and candles! What a weekend but glad we're all feeling better and Bodhi especially!

Thank you! Unfortunately our little guy is still battling it, we thought he was improving but Wednesday seems to have gotten worse so we hope today or tomorrow he's feeling better 😥

Yes so surprised and happy my store had the luxuries collection! And happy I got them last week as I ended up saving a couple bucks compared to today's sale price 😄

Oh man, that morning on Easter, I 100% *almost* bought that mirror tray. It wasn't going 40% no matter what I tried. I swear up and down I'd have bought on that first tried order from me that day. So glad customer service fixed yours for you! 💝✨️
Yeah I didn't even notice til my friend was like oh it's not ringing up 40% off and I was like what I placed my order and didn't see that! Glad cs fixed it otherwise I would've just returned it for the full price. It's super cute, small but dainty.

Love the haul!! I drove an hour to get my hands on these!! On Sunday when they did the surprise sale, order online was not an option for me so I had to do a BOPIS to my closest B&BW that carried the collection 🤦♀️. No regrets though, I like them all!! Just posted my haul this morning and made an online order for some backups on the scents that were unique to my collection ❤.
Oh can't wait to watch your haul! Yesh if these weren't at my store but at the one further away I totally would've driven to go get them too 😅 so sad not everywhere got them!

Ugh we were thinking we may have had the norovirus or something but poor bodhi is still going through it after we thought he was getting better... I hope you feel better soon! It hit us all different here on how long it took to recover!

Glad you’re all on the mend! Nice haul! I have Danbury shortbread wallflower going and it’s yummy! I wanted to drag out a merry cookie to compare but that was too extensive a task😂i def want a candle or 2. The tea one is nice. It’s more spa like (as Kent says)can’t wait for the upcoming sales. Hopefully low low pricing😃
Lol yeah I couldn't tell you where a merry cookie is in my stash to compare either! What a bummer of a candle sale this weekend but at least we get total bodycare which will hopefully be a decent price...

Hi! Great hauls 😊 would you please go over the steps to double dip your rewards? It never seems to work for me. Thanks
So I build a cart choose rewards to apply to items in my cart and leave it. Then I shop in store pick out the same number of items to use rewards on that I have I'm my cart and have them scan my rewards at the checkout - I do not have them scan them from my account on their computer I make sure they scan them from my phone. Then I'm not sure how long but I wouldn't wait more than 24 hours after you place your cart order as they haven't registered those rewards you preloaded in your cart have been used in store earlier. Does that sound clear? It's been working for my friend and me so far...😊
Thanks. So you dont actually submit the online purchase first, just "prep" it this morning for example. Then go in store today, use rewards on my phone and submit online order later today and the prepped ones should still work?
@@jc984 exactly! Make sure the rewards you added to cart are the codes they scan in store. I just always work my way down from mine
Awesome! I'm trying it today. Last time I processed my online BOPIS order then went in store a few mins later and the associate said the code was showing as already used. That must be the key, if you actually check out online, the code must immediately become invalid. Really hoping this works and thinking of all the $ I could have saved this whole time, yikes!! Fingers crossed. 😊
@@jc984 yes let me know! Used online before does automatically remove the reward from your acct and I think if the store tried to use the code from their system instead of you having them scan it from your phone it removes it too. I know now every time I want to use a reward I feel like I'm cheating myself if I don't double dip it lol even though we're actually cheating bbw but I mean all the money I spend there the least they can do is give me double rewards since I can't rely on mailers! 🤣
