Is the i in % form? Or number form? ie 8% or .08?

You may use either. I personally prefer to use % since the factor tables are written in percentages and I like to stay consistent throughout the problem. In the next example, I used %: ruclips.net/video/6TT6TwlzNCI/видео.html (Note that there is a Part B and C.) Hope it helps.
