@@chris_timefk8 just wanna ask, is the lip light enough not to stress the oem lip? And is it better to drill into the side of the bumper rather than the black part? That black part seems very flimsy. Thanks
I drilled on the white part. During the video I made a correction because if you only drill on the dark part of your oem bumper, the lip will be crooked. So I went a ahead and drilled on the white part and now it looks so much better!

I just bought the same lip. I used some tire shine on it, and concluded it really doesn't need to be painted after all. Thanks for the install vid, but you didn't talk about the weird brackets that came with it!(?)😁

I honestly didn't want to mess around with the brackets as I don't know where they were supposed go. Lol
Lip is pretty sturdy as it is.

Looks good Chris! I'd suggest aftermarket wheels for your next aggressive mod. Some enkeis T6S or some BBS SRs would look really nice👌

What confuses me is that if i drill to put in the screws do I first drill through the lip then into the bumper with a drill bit? Or do i get the screw and directly drill it in through the lip and bumper.. meaning to say do i have to predrill holes in the bumper??

If it's a hatchback it will work, the hatchbacks, si have the same bumper design
I have a very small dent on the right corner of my lip so I’m not sure if this will stilll fit I’m probably gonna have to get a entire new stock lip all the lips I found are cover ups not a replacement

Not really. It touched the ramps just a little bit as I was reversing off the ramps.

They told me to watch your video on You tube. And said it's totally ok to just use the 7 screws, & that the brackets and 3 silver screws are if you want to make more secure.

Nooo I imagined the bumper would be the same but that’s sad I have yet to find one that will fit my model!
Unfortunately you’d need the sport/sport touring body kit for this to fit.

I never removed my stock lip. This aftermarket lip goes over the stock one.

@@bigjohn2241 i wish I knew. Originally I thought it was coming from my shifter, but its definitely is in the center of the dash somewhere. I have 700 miles on it and may need to take it to the dealer to have them figure it out.
@@srt4codered i brought mine to the dealership last week. I believe they are changing the heater core but its on backorder. Ill let you know if it resolves it.
