He has been coached by Wenger, Arteta, and now Alonso. Wenger is a legend of the game. Arteta and Alonso are looking like they'll be one of the next best managers. I'm intrigued in Xhaka's journey as a manager. Kinda wishes maybe he could be Arsenal's manager in the future if the path collides or comes back to Arsenal as part of the coaching team.
Not forget Lucien Favre, before he went to Dortmund, who spend 4 years at Gladbach with Granit Xhaka (his second club after Basel) where he learned a lot tactically with such a master of coach ! His impact on the play of Granit, strategically, was big.
I wonder who's assistant he will start as.. the first manager that ever gave him full support and took him out of the worst year of his life, Arteta's or his childhood best friend Alonso
@@minge9 Xhaka will play for 3,4 years more ,he is ageing like a fine wine. So things after 4 years will be so different no one knows. We don't know where both Arteta or Xabi will be after 4 years.... But I get your point
People who know football would always appreciate Xhaka ...he was not the complete MF but what he did well was of the highest quality. I get a sense he would be even better as a coach coz he is a true leader.
Xhaka and the german speaking ? He was born in Basel, only his father lived in Kosovo. So German is his first language with kosovar, and his school years were in german. Moreover, you don't know that before Bayer and Arsenal, Granit spent 4 years at Borussia Moenchengladbach, under Lucien Favre who has had a great impact on his strategic knowledge, skills ? It's during this period that the german public gave the nickname "Einstein of football" to Granit Xhaka. German is his language, not english !
Not only he comes from the german part of Switzerland (from the age of 5), but he has been playing for Borussia Mönchengladbach 3 years under Lucien Favre before going to England.

Hitzfeld, Favre, Wenger, Emery, Arteta. He learned from some of the best for sure.
YES! you're right! Hitz and Vladimir Petković in Nati, really pushing him to grow up very soon.
Come back to arsenal as arteta assistant coach
I would love it ,he is a fighter ❤

@@minge9 It depends on which position or seat as assistant is available as well.
So timing matters sometimes more than who he chooses. 🔴
@@SuperFraudArtetaOut Alonso seems fav to replace Klopp. If Xhaka goes there, I'll feel very indifferent ffs 😭
