This slipper can use for kids to adults size.

Materials :
Yarn size 4 about 275 yards
Crochet Hook size 6mm
Scissor
Tapestry Needle
Tape measure
Stitches Used :
ch - chain
dc - double crochet
Fpdc - Front Post Double Crochet
Bpdc - Back Post Double Crochet
slst - slip stitch

I have a quick question for the kids sizing. Do the 9 rows building out the heel of the sole need to be done or should it be about 5/6 rows instead?
I made a pair for myself and am working on a few more for family members. I'm quite pleased with how they wear and hold up to long term wear on multiple surface types. Honestly, I am just so happy to have finally found a slipper pattern that I am happy with that includes directions that are clear cut and simple.

Great, easy pattern to remember without referring back to the pattern. I'll be making a few pairs for sure! I chose Caron Cotton Cake (my new favorite cotton blend yarn) giving each stitch detailed.

Mine size 8 too, you just follow exactly same what I just made… if you using thick yarn you need less row

how is it that you end up with your ending stitch at the top when you begin to make the heal mine is at the bottom for the foot????
so when I “turn way” I’m actually going up and around the toe not from the side to heal to side???
In other words I can not leave the “top” open it does not work, I start every round from the bottom around not the side… why did that work for you though??? been watching the video like a mad women trying to figure it out
I had same problem. I think I flipped my work when I sewed the first yarn tail in. If not I have no idea.
