Both, men n women , boys n girls,n the beautiful are the tiny tots. Uk, i remember, as kid n teen that men dance 1 way n the women dance the other way. Im not 2. Im not sure of this 1, the men dance inner,; n women dance outter. The regalia wasnt this fancy, but yous gotta love❤ love the regalia. Ik no grass or jingle regalia.
