While I'm not the creator of the battle, I can definitely say part 2 won't be made. The creator deleted his videos of Your Battle, including one that said he's working on part 2. So yeah, it's going to keep having this anticlimactic ending. I'm as sad as you are but I cannot do anything.

These two beings represent the two types of players. The benevolent player who want everyone in the underground to be happy(red), and the other type of player who just want to see characters interact. How they will act, talk, what they’ll do, and even how they’ll die. This doesn’t necessarily make them evil, but the white being sums it up pretty well.
So basically one wants to do good and the other is curious no matter what the cost.

this fangame was so weird to me when I was younger, watching videos with no commentary to help make any sense of this,
The heavily slowed down reversed music, that sounded so different from anything in Undertale, even including the Genocide Route, the jarringly unfitting sound effects, the concerningly expanding damage you deal
Something I recently noticed about this is that the earlier levels were alot more reactionary and fast, while the later levels get much slower.
My interpretation of this is representative of the player/human, just entering into a hostile world full of monsters out to kill you, quickly fighting for your life, considering your relatively limited HP pool and damage output, as over time, you overwhelm them, the "enemy" thriving off their power as the windling population turns this into a longer and more draining test of endurance to kill everything.
The different levels could also represent different life experiences, like a near-death experience with a train, or drawing away at your soul... Although I'm not sure how the weird spike glass-breaking balls you have to rush into by collecting stars fits into this
But the fact that there's such huge buildup to you fighting, uh, the eye- game, something guy, constantly gaining Lv fading to white, and me never realising that there won't be a part 2 always stuck to my head about what the heck was gonna happen, or even what it meant
I don't think there's much meaning to this, but it certainly is... Something.
When the Temmie face puzzle appears, I laugh...

There are multiple endings. If by "disappointing" you mean "Part 2 not found", then it is still being developed. The reason intermission was uploaded before part 2 is because there were many unsolved mysteries.

@Thomas Laszlo The black holes just make your HP drain quicker than normal. It’s easy enough to get past it by tanking damage and mashing up and right.

While I like the Warioware-like mini games and the creepy atmosphere, the story makes zero sense.
The red orb is probably Frisk, or an embodiment of us. But what is the creepy eye thing? Is it the true form of Chara? That doesn’t really make sense. It’s personality is kinda like flowey, but not exactly. Is this a metaphor for internal struggle? Who is Mother? Is it Toriel? If so, then how can she power you up so much?
Does this have anything to do with Undertale’s plot at all? If not, then what is it about?
Unfortunately, we will never know.
