There might be root rot in your plants due to overwatering. Take out the plant, wash the root bulbs with fungicide and water solution and then repot in a quick draining and quick drying soil.

Sir, I have propagated a stem of zz plant in water. The stem has roots and bulb. But when I put in soil, the leaves started drying . So, again I put it in water. It seems it is getting shocked from removing water to pot. I am confused about what to do with it . Please help me to guide properly how I can transfer the propagated stem to soil ? Please tell me the ratio of potting soil mix.
Yes, that is a shock for the plant. You can use soilless potting mix or a succulent potting mix for transplanting. Keep the soil slightly damp and no fertilizer initially.

Apply only neem oil directly over all the parts of plant at an interval of 5 days for 2,3 times.

I am putting compost in plastic bucket as you said.now it filled fully so I stopped putting waste.but the things inside is very watery.decomposition is going on.why it is watery.what will do for that.please reply.i started on March middle.three weeks back I stopped putting waste.please reply.
Liquid should go to the lower chamber. Maybe the holes at the bottom layer of composting bin is too small or closed.

Hi sir, I too have a ZZ plant. Around April first week it starting to put out new stalk but the leaves haven't opened up yet. Can you please help me in knowing what could be the reason for the leaves not opening up yet. I have kept my plant on east facing side.

There may be lack of nutrition. Cocopeat itself is good for root growth but contains no food for plants. Add some organic matter and spray npk.

Good afternoon, thanks for imparting very useful information about ZZ plant through your comprehensive video. Sir, I bought ZZ plant a month ago and transplanted it in a small container having porous soil media (1/3 each of sand, vermi-compost and garden soil) but did not remove its clay soil. After few days I noticed that few leaves on two of its stems were turning yellow. I removed the plant from the pot to check it and found roots with each branch but their rhizomes were diluted, only their cloth like skin was there. I re-potted plant after applying fungicide spray in the same contained. Please tell me whether my plant will survive or any thing else I should do now.
ZZ plant can be grown through leaf cutting too. But you have to be patient. It may take 5 to 6 months.
