What do you intend to do with the flat below? Rent it on Airbnb, Rent it long-term, or save it for family and guests? Your decor is very tastefully done. The renovations must have been a small fortune, even with Italian pricing, but it looks gorgeous nonetheless. Those uneven floors are such a tripping hazard that takes time to get used to, and I'm not even mentioning all those stairs!
