There needs to be a market for things that we craft and cook other than selling to Nook's Cranny, and also the ability to make clothes. They need to make the restaurant like Cook Out, have orders for the furniture store, shoe store and boutique - this would make gathering resources less squirrel like.
I want them to bring back the time “punishments” for not playing for a long time - ie. weeds growing, villagers move away etc. The reason why I stopped feeling the need to play is because there were no consequences for not logging in…
I would love for an Animal Crossing: University (UniverCity) where you are building a college town. There can be the school area like the Happy Home Island DLC, where you would build out the rooms for each subject/major. You would have dorm rooms for residents for your students/staff/teachers. You would still have some stores like doctors, hairstylist, library, museum, market, etc. etc. MAKE IT HAPPEN! TAKE MY MONEY!
Yeah I think it's a great designing game, but for a mainline AC game I was very disappointed. After a few years I went back to New Leaf, City Folk, Wild World, and I even tried Population Growing for the first time @@CFox111
I can see this happening. They seem to always release a new animal crossing game with an animal crossing console, so they would have to wait until a year or two after the next switch launch.
2026 feels way too long, the current game is already stale and for it to go on 2 more years? I feel they'd reach much more success if it comes out in 2025 (IF the new switch is out in 2025) definitely a new Animal Crossing for the next gen, just feel like they can capitalize on the success of 2020's release, and really go all in for this next one and more so get a head start with it being earlier on the next gen than later, and this time around keep it updated for years to come instead of just barely a year/or two.
We know Nintendo is working on the next AC after abandoning New Horizons early in the game's lifespan. I think the next AC will release in 2025 as part of Nintendo's big first year launch of the Switch 2. Nintendo would like to have their biggest franchises ready to go for the launch year of the switch 2 and a new AC could be part of the line up since AC is Nintendo's money maker.
Personally i feel they should have kept updating New Horizons. The game had so much life still within it and had potential to expand on the success and general gameplay. There is so much that could have been done with NH that was not done
I hope the next Animal Crossing is better than New Horizons, at the very least brings everything that New Leaf had while improving what New Horizons did. I hated that K.K was outside, on top of that after getting a perfect island I stopped playing, the one island per switch was major turn off for me
There was a "leak", (Zack is only repeating what the guy said in his post on X,) by a guy who leaked stuff from another game before and it turn out true. If this time is true or not, we'll see.
I agree, me and a lot of other people fell for the hype of animal crossing new horizons and found it was the most boring game ever made. We will not be supporting the next animal crossing.
Probably adults who have an attention span longer than a goldfish. I'm sure children won't be interested as it will probably be too under-stimulating for most children who have had their attention span degraded by constantly watching short form video content. Then again the same thing is happening to adults so maybe Nintendo will pivot and attempt to make the game more chaotic and engaging.
But imagine being able to ride a bicycle around your own lil village 🥹
I assume collaborative play may mean like tortimer’s island?
@@olly_profcatI highly recommend stardew valley if you like animal crossing, not Nintendo but slaps none the less haha.
That'll be awesome! 😯
Yeah and being able to hop over stuff like in Pokemon!
That will be amazing!
2026 would be the 25th Anniversary of the first game so it makes sense.
I can't believe I've been playing that long lol
@@susanschrey9049 omg, same!!! 🤯

I want the next animal crossing to have all the items and exclusives that animal crossing Pocket Camp has!!!
AC leak info starts at 1:48

2 more years?! 😩
i would love to see new species like turtles meerkats or parrots
I’m so pumped for Animal Crossing rumors, even if they aren’t true, at least we are talking about it!

I hope the next animal crossing resembles new leaf more than new horizons for this "ultimate" version
I just hope the next game is much better than New Horizons, or at the very least have the game finished a launch
After horizons I have no hope for this franchise.
@revupthosefryers I was so so disappointed in NH. It was a good game but wasn’t an AC game. I played for a year and went back to New Leaf

@@CFox111 sucks man they put no effort into it. Stardew valley is miles better and it was made by one guy lmao
Fingers crossed🤞
I hope getting more goals.
And i really hope for underwater exploring though

It’s not long if they are developing for a new system
I think it was an 8 year wait from New Leaf till New Horizons.
City Folk 2 confirmed
Protendo thinks it comes out next year.
And Mayor Mori made a Video of a Animal Crossing Remake.
Animal crossing crumbs!!! I'm living for it!! 😂❤ I'm so hopeful for this

2026 may be the date of coming out or 2027. The next console is rumored for 2025.

The vehicle aspect reminds me of the game Go-Go Town it's animal crossing esque with vehicles :)
I need an hotel, a restaurant and a spa !!! The DLC is everything but in your own village that would change everything
I Realy hope this 🙏 happens. I've just finished my island and I'm a bit lost now 😢 maybe until 2026 😅 xxx
But S1enna thinks the next or new Animal Crossing comes out this year.

a 3D world.!!! I can't wait.!!
Hearing you talk about the all the crunchyisland mazes was so nostalgic! Made me tear up a bit, miss that time. 🩷
I like how you give us a video any time of the day... ❤❤
I want to view my island from 360 degrees and rotate the camera
I want them to include visiting other islands without dodo codes
Maybe it’ll really look great I’m excited for it
Who is the artist behind the thumbnail?
I hope we get a spinoff or a dlc to bridge the gap!!
I might go back on acnh IF they have the updates.
I might go back on it during spring break.
Everything in it sounds AMAZING!!!
Man… I love my islands my villagers but I haven’t played in forever. Should I restart my island from scratch?
no
Don’t do it! I haven’t felt the same about mine and lost all interest
love ur iron man shirt
I really hope this is false. this is way too far from eguchi's original vision. too many new people to the series just want to make it generic.
this
@@dianaulait omg i remember you during peak acnh!
As a new player (acnh) can you tell me more of what you mean by "original vision"? What did he have in mind?
I just want strangers to be cold distant and mean again
I don't need a leak or a rumor, it's pretty clear that 2026 comes a new AC 😂
If Nintendo next console flopped like WiiU era are u still gonna be making Nintendo related vids?
Why did Wii U flop????
I have never played, but I want to. Should I spend the money on New horizons?
Whoa!!!!
True or not, this game needs to be 60fps.
YASSSSSSSS!!!! ❤ Please let it be true!!!
🎉🎉🎉
This next one will not sell nearly as well. Cause the last one sucked less people will buy the new one
love u xoxo
Zack confirmed AC for 2026!
Pretty sure he didn't confirm lol. He said it's a grain of salt
😮😮😮
Yay.
Bruh. Been with animal crossing since 2002. Need a better multiplayer oriented game.
I actually made a hotel in City Folk
What if you'd be able to attack other islands like on Advance Wars?
nah man, that aint it
These are not leaks you’re just making up stuff
