1st skill - Aurora and Valentina mixed
2nd skill - Kagura and Atlas mixed
3rd skill - Odette and Alice mixed
it doesn't makes sense. Except for velentina. Aurora meteor no, kagura stun purify + teleport no, Atlas doesn't need stacks to lift multiple enemy but ye little of atlas, and 3rd skill doesn't give Spellwamp like Alice nor deals a huge damage like Odette, she can float above walls but not Odette nor Alice can do.

She's amazing but she can have more unique mechanic coz fan shaped skills are so common. Skill 1: a single line projectile that marks a single enemy. Skill 2: enemies mark by her skill 1 can be move airborne while dealing damage. Ultimate: creates a large field in front of her like circular domain and add butterfly marks on her enemies. Now she can lift air borne all enemies at once and damage them. By limiting her mark to enemies will make her balance and can only mark multiple with her ultimate. It also makes her simple and easy to use.
1st skill is like Auroras 1st skill
ultimate is basically Odette ultimate with moovment speed
2nd skill is just op
Her first skill is bigger Valentina 1st skill. Plus it's aurora 2nd skill not 1st

Bec it takes a while for her to throw people with 2nd skill
And even if she successfully use 2nd skill not a lot of people will be thrown bec we can certainly dodge the area(good for targeting hp in objectives tho)
And her ulti doesnt even deal that much dmg
But considering her second skill doesn't have "cd" she will be good as a defensive utility mage(could pair well with mm with high dmg that have low mobility)
Her second skill definitely is distrupting battles. Bc we don’t know when we will be lifted up if we’re in the second skill influence, we feel stressful when we’re battling while being under the skill, which is why you see many enemies run away when being showered, instead of taking the chance and attack.

I think her cc is just enough to play her with tank build on roam or just build semi tank build if she goes mid
I think she's balance. She's an interesting hero. She thrives near allies turrets and kinda weak in other areas if the enemies know how to counter her. She seem to be a difficult hero to play since it's hard to get 10 stacks when the enemy is moving around or dashing (yes I'm aware of her other skills that give the stack but her main skill is her 2nd skill and also she's not always gonna have her ultimate). Also she's a great hero for team fights.

Regardless of my other comment I've made 3 builds with her:
1st is basically a Valir approach but with max a CDR. Basic Common Emblem, and Impure Rage.
Demon Shoes, Enchanted Talisman, Lightning Truncheon, Pandora's Box, IQW, Glowing Wand.
I've found a weird thing with her second skill, it deals damage more frequently the less CD it has, I'm just gonna mention that it says "every 0.3s" so this might be a bug but you should try this.
2nd is a full on melter with just max penetration Assassin Emblem (still impure rage ofc).
Demon shoes, Magic Wand(The blue one i forgot), IQW, Pandora's Box, Lightning Truncheon, Glowing Wand/Holy Crystal.
Just yes, melt. This one kinda falls of in long teamfights though.
Lastly the weirdest one, Basic Common Emblem, Defense, Festival of Blood, and still impure rage .-..
Demon shoes(Dire Hit), Brute force, ench talisman, queen's wings, radiant armor/athena's shield, antique cuirass/dominance ice.

I can already see the build - Demon Boots, (Still, sometimes there may not be enough mana... And also so that in the late game mana does not deplete in seconds.) Pandora's Box, (Everything is clear here, tanks cannot survive in the late game.) Wand of Genius , (The damage is long-lasting, so she will remove magic defense with a bang.) Concentrated Energy, (Long-lasting damage? She definitely needs this item for additional survivability!) Next, according to the heroes on the enemy team, (If fast heroes, then the Rod of the Snow Queen, if there are many tanks, then the Divine Sword, because Pandora’s Box may not be enough, if there is only one tank, then another item, and so on.) and at the end of the Breastplate of Brute Strength or the fusion of the Ax of Bloodlust and the Queen’s Wings, if the passive of the Queen’s Wings remains, because her will have to take most of the damage, along with the tank, so additional lifesteal and protection will not hurt.
Her Ult looks like Odette but the difference is she can move anywhere without breaking her Ult

She seems more like support to be honest, like a faramis kinda support/mage to ambush and bring enemies closer so team can take the kill

Is she useful when her ult can apply to Petrify. I mean like as in she cast ult and all around her will increase the range to cast Petrify. Like Benedetta with her ult that can cast and her Petrify works.
