Hello, my e60 530xd is soon 200k. I am thinking to keep this car for a good amount of time and wonder what maintenance i should do to keep it it 100%. For now i only experience minor kicking in gearbox so probably will do oil change. And annoying pdc, changed them several times, changed module no buzzing no life from them, will change cables that connect to them soon, if you have any tips i would love to hear. Except that I don't have much bad to say. So back to my question, what preventive maintenance should I do? Will do oil change soon. Thanks 👌

It’s only the head gasket that is shot? If so, why not just replace the gasket?
Because it doesn't worth it because of the work and the parts that is needed to fix it and I don't keep these cars
