dont really think Mythra's neutral b patch is a nerf, since now lightweights will die sooner while heavies die much later, and many high and top tiers are lightweight, against heavies it could be a disadvantage, but not many people play heavies. (plus you'll have Pyra to wear them off)

Nah its a nerf, the average kill% of the move was worsened since there are more heavy characters than light ones
Min Min nerfs are always a plus
