Extremely dangerous. Problem here is much higher rpm than a normal saw. Blade looks rusted, blade can warp, explode. It's not made to handle such speed. Moreso if dull. No cover of the blade, it will throw everything from sawdust to broken saw teeth/blade in the face of the user. And you're using it wrong, it cuts only when you pull it back to you. Stay safe, if you're on a budget I recommend a circular saw and you can make a guide from plywood/osb.
