Awesome. A little practice every day and I am able to pick up more and more words. Love it and enjoy the fast talking and trying to get my brain to keep up with it. some slow learning videos are good but so is listening to real people speak. I think it all helps. I only have 2 russian movies and living in a small town in America have never met or spoke to a Russian that I can remember.
RUclips provides subtitles in Russian, English and many more languages. You can also switch them off, that makes you listen better.
I really like the topics and format of this podcast! Some suggestions: - Some episodes where someone cooks (food, drinks, etc) and at the same time discuss about cooking, what it means to them cooking, and in what way connects them to their motherland. - Some episodes where you would read some parts of a book, and do a small comment on it, and then start a conversation from that, and what that book or text means to you, and why it's important. - Someone goes shopping, and starts to describe the pieces of clothes, and starts a conversation about fashion, standards of beauty, etc. - A group of people just plays a game (boardgame, cards, etc.) and then we see how people interact in russian during a game. - Russian subtitles and English subtitles could also be a good idea to have... Right now we only have either English or Russian, but not both at the same time. Good luck, and I hope you carry on! ;)
Hi! Thanks for the feedback and suggestions. The podcast is not released in video format every time, on our channel there are a lot of videos with double subtitles, including on various everyday topics. Be sure to check it out :)
@@EasyRussianVideos I really like his suggestion @ivotavares6576 where you show people playing a board game together and we get to see and hear how they react. I can bet we would walk away with TONS of amazingly cool expressions in Russian.
Charming presenters with interesting perspectives! I didn't know about 'Nikit' as a short form for Nikita. In English, such 'intimate/pet' names more normally end in a vowel, as in Charlie, Johnny, Wilko (Johnson) etc.
It's not quite a shortened form, it's more of a vocative form. It can only be used when you are referring to someone. Likewise with other names. For example Кать, Саш, Марин, Лен and and so on.
You guys do a really good job. You really understand that audio is key. Learners have a VERY tough time deciphering connected speech, and if the sound is not crystal clear, it's next to impossible for learners to understand. But here, you clearly understood that. The audio is WONDERFUL. Congratulations. What level would you rate this video: B2-C1?
I have now become a paid member and my goal is to reach C1 level and finally be able to understand this fucking fast mumbly russian. I find the interactive transcript with the translation very helpful. This time next year I want to be able to understand advanced mumbly russian.
We recently launched Super Easy podcast, it's for levels A-B, and we speak way slower there. Check it out, we would like to know what you think! We will also have a talking club soon and 30-day challenge on Discord. Let's keep in touch there as well)
love Marina! great addition

Not easy russian, that's a fact
hell ou where is the holand speaker? why do transform the popular show to politycakal?
