I remember when Hillary was accused of destroying evidence of her illegal server in her basement.
How she used "Bleachbit" on her and her staff's phones, then smashed them with hammers.
And when Hillary paid for the fake document that the gov used to spy on Trump.
I asked so many people why the government wasn't taking her to court and prosecuting her for her crimes.
The answer I got was that they couldn't take her to court when she was running for office because the American people would see it as using the court system to prevent her from running for office. (Election Interference)
But they say its ok to do that to Trump because "orange man bad".

    • @millenialsmom2214
      @millenialsmom2214 Месяц назад

No, it isn't. But engaging in a conspiracy to falsify official documents is a crime. The LEGAL way to contest an election is in court, which he did and lost 60 times. The Attorney General, his own white house lawyers and a private company he hired to investigate all told him there wasn't fraud on the level to change the election. He couldn't accept losing. I don't know why his supporters find it so unbelievable that he lost. Nationally, there are more democrats than Republicans. Independents vote Democrat more often than republican AND Every republican president but ONE in the last 40 years has lost the popular vote

@@leecasteen Alternate electors as stated are nothing new. Delaying final election results until irregularities are properly investigated goes towards the proper running of the country and a genuine transition of power that is transparent. We waited for the hanging chads for a long while as recounts were performed IF THAT WAS GOOD FOR THE COUNTRY THEN ACTIONS TO DELAY THE FINAL VOTE UNTIL THE VARIOUS ISSUES ARE INVESTIGATED IS ALSO GOOD. iN MICHIGAN TRUCKLOADS OF BALLOTS ARRIVED AND WERE COUNTED IN A MANNER CLEARLY OUTSIDE OF THE LAW AND THE VOTE WAS VERY MUCH IN DOUBT. The only reason the Michigan results got certified is because Democrats threatened the children of the republican certifying agent. Right there the FBI should have arrested the clowns making the threats so that the agent could vote against certifying the Detroit results possibly changing the states results.
Things of a similar nature dealing with drop boxes that were not monitored were stuffed in many states. The entire election is in doubt in the eyes of 75 million people. If the vote was truly genuine then a full recount, checking each ballot and name, verifying that no dead people voted and no double and triple votes were cast and that every vote for federal office was cast by an American citizen as required by law.would remove all doubt to the election results. The results would remain exactly where it was. We all know there were significant irregularities and under scrutiny Biden would lose at least 15% and likely more votes/ The funny thing is currently Biden trails ion every poll but one. Everywhere Biden goes he finds crowds of Trump supporters and no Biden supporters. I remember that when Biden did his whistle-stop tour there was parking lot after parking lot with empty painted circles because nobody turned out to support him, just as is the situation now. Trump overfilled stadiums nationwide yet Biden won in record numbers and this only came to light at 4;30am when it was clear that Trump had won and I took a nap. All the sudden Biden wins? I wonder what switch was flipped to massage the algorithm to flip the results. Nah the election was as bogus as a 3$ bill. It needed a thorough investigation but nobody wanted to look not the Dems and not the NeoCon Republicans. I accidentally hit the caps lock and don't want to retype all of that. A neutral body could oversee the process and no changes should have been made until every stone was checked.

A president CANNOT be charged by any Judicial court while he is president, even for crimes he commits in their jurist diction. If he walks into a store in NYC and holds them up at gunpoint, he cannot be charged by NYC for it, but must be Impeached for it by Congress, and tried by the Senate.
That is the Constitutional design because, as they put it, the president must be free from such concerns in order to freely operate as president. (and a lot about how such things are trivial in comparison to the importance of his official duties).
If we allow them to then be charged once they leave office, the entire reason for the immunity is void.
It's like saying you are immune to prosecution for anything you do for the next 2 days.
But you can be charged for all of it once those 2 days end.
What are you going to do? Will you do Anything you would otherwise not do?
Of course not, because the THREAT is the same. The barrier is there whether it be NOW or immediately after the term ends.
And it is the same for the office of president.
If he can be charged the moment he leaves office for the things he did In Office, the reason for not allowing such prsecutions while he is still in Office doesn't apply.
Because he is STILL prevented by the threat of prosecution from taking whatever actions it was.
Whether you think a president should be allowed to break a law is irrelevant. It could be any law. Including laws we don't even know still exist. Hell, it was still legal to shoot black people and Mormons if they were in public after sunset in Kansas, until the 1990s.
There are laws still in effect that you would consider insane. Ask any police officer if they can follow someone for 2 blocks without having a reason for giving them a ticket. They'll explain it to you.
Being subject to prosecution would allow prosecution on laws most don't even know exist, and no one would think should be applied, and political parties would use the threat of applying those to any oppose candidate who wins... the moment they're out of office... to ensure no one runs against them going forward.
If the president does anything Worth charging a president, the Congress has the obligation to impeach them for it.
And let's not forget what this is about.
They're claiming that a Legal action, a legal contract between private citizens, can be made into a Criminal action by the fact that it contains nondisclosure obligations, if one of those members runs for an office.
Every Single Candidate for president has been under at least one for the past 100 years, guaranteed.
But this one, this one they charge for it?
And the bank loan -- Every Single Rentor of properties has their properties appraised for taxes at the lowest rate they can, and when they use them as collateral, as high as they can get.
NY has decided that while they have NEVER charged anyone for this before, they will suddenly decide it is case-worthy when Trump did it, and somehow expand that to multiple charges... and put it under a judge who donated to Obama, Clinton, and Biden, and his daughter runs an online group that has collected over $100MILLION to try to get Trump jailed... and a prosecutor who has repeatedly called for Trump to be jailed, on social media.... and neither that judge nor the prosecutor will recuse themselves.
    -----
These idiots talkinga bout Public and Private conduct.... never read the minutes to know what the founders intended by the immunity. Or they would have no reason to even discuss this, because a President either needs to be beyond such considerations, or they don't.
and if they do, it must apply both while in and out of office (regarding things done while In office)... otherwise what is the damned point of it?

What I am trying to say is that Jan 6, Trump was asking for an election recount and to march PEACEFULLY to request it from Congress which is his right under the Constitution. What happened after that was a separate incident instigated by agitators and implants within the people that were protesting the election results, that way the lawyer would had avoided a bunch of ""IF" scenarios

It's not about that Jan 6. President Trump is forced to attend the trial in NY and prevented from organizing his rallies. He is in the race to be president again and the SUPREME COURT has intervened because they say that Presidents should be immune of prosecution for what they have done during their years in office. The Left, the opposition has used and misused all the possible lies to remove him from office and treat his claim there was an Election fraud in 2020 as an attack, when it's the other way around. The matter of Jan 6 has already gone through all the legal action, and just yesterday it was announced that the people who were condemned to 20 years in prison will be freed. I don't know the details. Trump is in a trial in NY but has done nothing wrong. The accusation is about an estimate he gave for the value of a property but the bank was in agreement and the loan was repaid early. Trump's opponents are just trying to obstruct his activities to run for office. It's part of their Election interference.

Trump hired a private company to investigate and he was told by them he lost, he was told by 60 courts by HIS DOJ, his White House lawyers, even his own daughter that there wasn't enough evidence of fraud to change the outcome of the election. He entered into a criminal conspiracy to forge official documents by GOP electors, that weren't the real electors.
He whines, "unfair" "fraud" "they cheated" every time he loses ANYTHING. He claimed the Romney - Obama election was fraudulent, when he didn't win an Emmy award he said it was "rigged", when he lost the Iowa primary to Ted Cruz he cried "it was rigged". He said if he lost to Hilary Clinton it was because it was rigged and he did the same thing in 2020. He started saying there was no way he could lose 2020 unless it was rigged, months before the election. He KNEW. He refused to accept it and then he engaged in criminal acts to try to stay in office. Period. Read the indictment.
