- Zach Sobiech is 17 years old and diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer that takes the lives of a large percent of its childhood victims. Given only months to live, Zach turned to music to say goodbye. His song "Clouds" spread, and soon, Zach's message was heard across the country. We wanted to help Zach spread his message, and bring awareness to increase support for finding a cure. So, we asked our friends to help out...they did.

His mother and sister were on Katie show afterwards talking about his passing. He didn't want any medication at the end because, as he put it, he wanted to "say a proper good-bye." He inspired so many and was so mature for his age. He rests with God now.

It's amazing how one stranger, one story, one song...can touch our hearts. I still react the same way I did when I first heard this. The impact that Zach left behind was huge. I know in a few months, it will be a year since he passed away. I hope that his family knows that we did not forget about him. He will always be in our hearts. I hope the view is beautiful where you are, Zach!
Now five years and it really seems impossible. I come here every so often to listen to Zach. He touched so many hearts.

How can anyone dislike this? This song has a lot meaning.. I definitely have been inspired by zach... Rest in paradise.
Don't judge them...it's just fear, envy (for what others have) or just ignorance. Just because they are not able to understand at this point of their life, doesn't mean they never will. All we all have to do is keep on doing what we know is right and believing in them.

Our son passed away on 5/10/2013, so this song really touches me. Brian was 37. He had had Spino-Cerebellar Ataxia, a neurological disease. He was sick for 11 years, and it was progressive. I know he is in a better place now, and he is free from suffering and pain. I hope you can meet each other there, and I hope God will richly bless each of you a lot and often. Thank you for this song!!! It is beautiful & gives me joy.

I can't stop listening to this song now. To think clicking on a link about his story on my news feed on Facebook would change my life so much. I'm man enough to admit I cried watching this. I wish I could've known Zach myself so I would have known how great a person he truly was. RIP Zach. Know that even after passing you are changing the lives of millions. You definitely will see all the people who love you again.

He was an angel, who visited earth for such a short time...too short! My heart cries for his family, his girlfriend, his friends! He is now up, up, up in Heaven, but his spirit will always be close whenever you need him the most! God bless you all! Zach is now out of pain, and with the angels again!

This video and the documentary really made me think about life. Life shouldn't be just sit on the couch with a dr pepper and watch some crappy movie, it is way more than that, and not everyone notices that. I have now noticed that because of Zach's story. I didn't even know about zach until this morning at 6am when I was bored on Facebook and I clicked on his story. It is amazing because I have seen thousands of stories like that on Facebook before but NONE have had such an impact as his. Zach made me wanna be the best person I can be and after reading these comments I can see I'm not the only one he has helped. Thanks man, I wish I could have met you
WOW! I first saw this 3 years ago in a very difficult time in my career as a firefighter. Zach, his song, his beautiful family and friends turned things around for me. I revisit this video and relive those emotions every year if for no other reason than to say thank you to Zach and his entire family. Zach your memory and heart will live forever in your kindness and love for your family and friends and the gift you gave us in "Clouds".
I watched the documentary and cried my eyes out, when I saw his family come on this video it hit me again. God bless this boy. He has truly changed my life.

I watched his 'My Last Days' video yesterday, and it was one of the most heart warming videos that I've ever seen in my life. Zach inspires me to be just like he was, keeping that smile on my face, no matter the struggle. R.I.P Zach. You'll be missed.

I have heard this song over and over again. I watched the video "My last Days: Meet Zack Sobiech" and have to say that he was an amazing guy and had a fantastic family and friends that supported him all the way.

This story deeply touched my heart. Heartbreaking but inspirational, too. I truly hope his family and girlfriend are continuing to heal - I am sure he will always be a part of their hearts. He is no longer Ill and in pain, and is residing in Heaven with the Lord God.

A touching of spirits by music shared and bravery beyond belief. I was lifted high into the clouds with him and made stronger by his courage and love for life. Thoughts and prayers go out to the Sobiech family. It is extremely unfortunate what had happened to Zach and his family, but after the 22 minute video about his last days really opened my eyes how truely lucky that family is to be so loving and caring. Thoughts and prayers for the Sobiech family.

I was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer just over a year ago and I am deeply touched by Zach's story and his song. I am in remission now but if my cancer comes back, I hope I can face it as well as this young man did.
