DIY cultipacker/lawn roller for clover seed food plot

I was thinking you could drive large sheet metal screws evenly spaced into the poly pipe to drive seeds into the ground and to make divots for water to collect to insure good germination.

If you use culvert, it will leave valleys to hold water because of the ribbed shape, lot more weight too
