Thank you! When I get fly aways, I use this stuff go.magik.ly/ml/1xk8m/. It works so well for lots of things. I use it on my dry cuticles all the time and dry elbows in the winter. For fly aways, I just rub a dab in my hands and pat it on the fly aways. You can also run your hands through the dry bits of your hair for extra moisture and smoothness.
Summer is all about skirts I definitely need to find a great one.

I hear you with the fluffy hair. Mine is baby fine and gets frizzy wavy and poofy in the humidity. I almost never wear it down anymore so and am excited to try that clip! Great favorites and stay cool! ❤

I also swear by the hairdresser’s invisible oil! You might also like the bumble and bumble thickening blow dry prep spray. I have lots of fine hair that I struggle to get body with, and this stuff is amazing! I apply it root to end and blow dry. It works wonders for us fine hair gals!

I am also a fluffy hair girl😢 the southern humidity is no joke!
I had never imagined I would someday start a whole "Fight the Fluff" regimen, but here we are!! I'm guessing the humidity in the south is better for our skin than other places with a dry heat. (Perhaps?) So maybe we can feel fortunate about that while we fight our fluffy hair. 😊
Absolutely! The first time I went to Vegas was the total opposite. I will take the fluff opposed to the dry everything! 😊

How's the arm? Since then, I fell off the ladder...no broken bones just bruises. 🤕 And then...dislocated thumb putting on my sports bra. 😐
If you think your videos might be too long, not so for me...I can listen and work simultaneously.
Oh no! Sports bras are never easy to get on or off, but I never thought they could dislocate a thumb! That's wild. I will be extra careful now. I hope you heal well and quickly! Thank you.

It is healing very well! I got it xrayed again last week and it looks like i am as healed as I 'm going to be. I have almost full range of motion now, too. I go to physical therapy again today and am hoping I won't have to go much longer. I just need to get it to be able to stretch out completely....it's close, but not quite there yet! xx

Hi Jennifer! You mentioned you lost some weight. Are you still doing intermittent fasting?
Hi Jane! I bought that dress in July of 2022 in a Medium. At that time I had been intermittent fasting and strength training and had lost weight. The Medium fit me a little on the larger side at the time, but I did not want it too tight or clingy due to it being silk. So, in the two years since then, I have been intermittent fasting most days and have lost a bit more. Mostly due to moving to Florida where I am much more active than I was able to be in Illinois. I probably weigh about 10 pounds less now than I did at the time I bought the dress. As for intermittent fasting, it has now become a normal part of life for me and is not a struggle. (It's hard at first). I relax the rules every once in a while when on vacations or for different occasions and to trick my metabolism. It really seems to work well for me and my insulin resistance issues.
