Loving the plethora of Space sets and displays at the moment. Its very much my thing. The Leicester Square Store has a huge display until the end of the month, if you happen to be in the area.
Hi Darren. I was in London on Sunday but unfortunately, didn't have time to go to any Lego stores. I really must go to the Leicester Square store again soon.
Love the GWP and actually really good price. I think that Sith Star Wars set will be good investment in time but only because of the extra minifig. For once I am going to get lucky I think as I have a Starlings toy shop about 25 mins away. I really like that Speed Champs set.
I pre ordered two Captain Rex sets and one of each of the other lego star wars sets coming out in June with a Japan postcard to qaulify for the space diner.
Great vid as ever. I Had a cheeky wonder through west quay last night and they already had the Milky Way set on display. I love the art theme and I’m kinda tempted by it.
Lego BaM figs surprised you're not all over them already sold x 2 for a nice quick return.. Jay's Brickblog has the official pics of how the figs should be 😊
I didn’t realise that you can buy the lego store set in the Lego shop.. I thought you could only buy it in LEGOLAND Windsor … it’s making me think that I really don’t need to go to LEGOLAND now ..
The 15p that LEGO are charging for paper bags does not go to environmental causes. It goes straight back to TLG’s bottom line! I object strongly to paying for a paper bag. When the U.K. government brought in a plastic bag tax it was because of the environmental disaster they (the bags) were causing. This new 15p tax that TLG has levied is pure greed!
Yes, I would like to see some evidence of where the extra money goes. I suspect that the charge is meant to put people off getting a new bag rather than the funds themselves going to environmental causes.
@@iainsbricks there’s no published evidence that LEGO are using this money to fund environmental causes. When they charged 10p for plastic bags the money gathered went straight into TLG. Unlike some retailers who made donations to environmental and other projects, LEGO U.K. simply kept the money!
I can't seem to get enough of the Lego store so thanks for taking me there when I couldn't make it on my own! Great vid, thanks!!
Thanks for watching. I'm lucky that I live reasonably close to the Southampton store.
I think that Milky Way set is a bit like me, the further away you are the better it looks. Lol
Lol! I'm sure that's not the case!
The space t shirts the staff were wearing in store were amazing.
Yes, I did like the look of them. They will be wearing them for the rest of the month apparently

@@iainsbricksNooooooooo. Another time then. If you can get there on a weekday morning when there's no-one around, it's an utter joy to explore.
Great video.
Thank you

Hi Adam. I've no idea where my nearest Starlings toy shop is. I must investigate!
@@iainsbricks They are mainly in the East around Norwich. I have had a look online and they don’t seem to have it in stock at my closest store.

Excellent. Those small sets are great at helping to go past that spend threshold
What about the polybags?
I needed to buy from specific themes to get those

Thanks. I'm on the fence with the Milky Way set - I like that it's different to other art sets, but the colours just seem a little too vibrant
Nice video as always
Thanks Daniel.
I go to that Lego store
Excellent. How often do you get to go there?
@@iainsbricks I try to go about once a month it’s not local but it’s the closest Lego store
Not keen on the Milky Way set. It looks like it could be quite tedious to build considering all the one stud pieces. But cool concept all in all.
I like that it's a bit different, but it does look a bit of a mission to build.
Agreed look's poor
Correct me if I’m wrong but Voyager-1 has left our Solar System not the Milky Way
Yes, I did think that they placed it a little further out than it actually is!
@@iainsbricks A “Little” further 😀
Thank you Iain. Do like the space and launch pad for £219. Probably pick up a couple for future investments at the right price in the future.
Hi Wayne - yes, it's a great looking set and will do well when it retires, however too early to buy now as in investment
Far too early for Iain to buy
Gwp is not too bad but so many sets stars on June 💸
Yes, I'm looking forward to some of the new sets in June
Did my shopping on-line £15 Groupon paid already!
Yes,I did that as well.
Plus strange they retired Galaxy Explorer last year. Could have kept that going for another year as they are celebrating Space this year!!
Yes, I never thought of it like that. Who knows what goes through the minds of the Lego marketing team! Lol!

I tend not to go for the BAM figs unless they are already made up.
@@iainsbricks Now they've switched to cardboard boxes for BAM, they won't be offering pre-built figures anymore.

Yes, there is a mini brand store you can buy online or in stores. There are a few Legoland exclusive sets, but not many.
Thanks for another great video. Would have liked a peep at the pab wall !
Thanks. The PAB wall was pretty much the same as it was on my last store visit on May 4th.

The plastic gold "semi circles" look really cheap and nasty!
They do a bit.
