Also are played in Macedonia,Romania and Moldova(called also as "Oro") Maybe this word comes from the greek, because in greek Horo means "Dance"In fact, there are many kinds of horo,"Pravo horo"that means "Correct horo" sometimes in 2/4 as fast polka.
