Instead of option C in the 29 Question the answer should be (A 1 only) because in second statement they are asking about the law made by parliament with respect to delimitation commission which is not immune from judicial review as per IR Cohelo case 2007 , if they had asked about the reports or decision made by delimitation commission that would not be questioned in the court. UPSC played with the language here
