One of the most special things about Disneyland is that characters are free to roam wherever they please especially in Fantasyland. Occasionally u’ll find rare characters
I saw Rabbit back in 2018
I really wish the Splash Mountain characters were still around, I only met them once during 80s nite and it was great.
One think I wish for is a Meet and Greet of Tiana and Louis for when Tians’s Bayou adventure is open.

My brothers favorite character is Pete and I think he’d love to meet him or at least wave from a distance- do you think if I asked a cast member on a day we go, they’d be able to let me in on if/when he comes out, or is it really that secret/impromptu?
It doesn't hurt to ask. You never know. Be prepared, though, that Pete may be a rare occasion character, rather than a daily regular. Meaning they may only pull him out a few times a year. He's such a new character, I'm not sure anyone really knows yet.

As it’s the Christmas parade, I don’t think I’ll see him in that so plan to hopefully see him in Fantasyland 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Lightning always meets at the same place outside of Cozy Cone. He rotates with 3 other cars so I can’t tell you what time for sure. But a new video with DCA should be out tomorrow.
How do the signs determine what the wait time is?
Hi I was wondering if you could do a video on any of the wonderful within walking distance hotels but that can accommodate a family of six three adults and three children under 6 as we would all like to be together and as far as I can find out they all seem to stop at 5. I as the grandmother would like to avoid being in a room on my own thank you so much our family love all your videos. Thank you
That's the same as tokyo characters meet and greet. And they are also aimed for all age too like the one in los angelos
Another location for Jack sparrow: last time my son and husband were at disney, they were on Tom Sawyers Island! Jack ran into a cave motioning for my kid to follow him but my toddler was too scared 😂
Love this! By the way, what tickets do I need to buy to get more "bang for thr buck!" at disneyland? We want to do DCA 1 day then next day Disneyland. So park hopper will not apply? Coming in the 1st week of November.
I’d only do a park hopper if it’s not your first time visiting or you plan at least three days.
If you’re only doing two, then one park per day is great.

Most of the characters in Disneyland California are just roaming (most of the time without a queue), so probably not.
Something worth mentioning for Disney Premier Visa Holders is that you can have an exclusive meet & greet and interaction with DARTH VADER at Disneyland and STITCH at DCA check with the cast members or the app for times.
My baby loves Moana, she calls her Nona. I hope she gets to meet her in September!!!

Are the walk around characters on the app?
No. Only the characters with set locations. The free roaming ones aren't listed.
Did you see the Tremaines?
I have in a parade before. But not in person walking around.

If you see characters just wandering, will they sign autographs?
So long as they aren’t heading back to leave, they should. I know they’ll stop to take photos en route backstage, but I’m not sure they stop to sign at that point. But they will if they are actively greeting guests.

I'm going to Disneyland in a week from now and the weather currently says it will rain. Should I be worried?
Not really. Bring an umbrella or rain jacket as back up. But you’ll still have a good time. I’ve been to Disneyland plenty of times in the rain. We don’t have the torrential downpours of Florida.
Alright, btw, what Characters usually come out during the rain?

Yeah, that’s true. But in-world Vader is dead, so I give them props for sticking to their theming and immersion.

No. Not that I’ve ever seen. Thematically, it’s not appropriate because Vader is dead in the time that Galaxy’s Edge occurs.
If he appears, it’s at the Star Wars Launch Bay in Tomorrowland at a Disney Visa cardholder meet and greet. But that doesn’t always run.
