Hey building it isn't boring also you could maybe talk more in detail on why your adding things to not have awkward silence also yes finally not a sand one the ant ones were kinda boring cause now plant life in their homes so am glad to see plant life in this one

What do you mean? If I manage to keep them alive I need new terrariums:p But most of these animals only have a life span of around a year so after that I can reuse the terrarium

I had to google springtail to see what it was. Apparently, it's considered a nuisance--not because it bites, stings, or damages anything in your house, but merely because people don't want to see it. If it eats mold, I feel like it should be honored and not hated. Poor little, misunderstood bug.

I LOVE BOB SO MUCH!!!!!!! I looove mantids! Where I live, we only have two species and they're just very plain green mantids, but I catch one or two every year at the end of the season. I wait until they have most likely mated already, and it's starting to get too cold for them to live in the wild much longer. That way I'm not too worried about messing up the ecosystem, and I get to watch some elderly mantids live out the rest of their days in peace vuv Sadly, they only live for a couple of months if you catch them that late in the year, but hey. It's a good couple of months for the old fuckers

I've not lived, or even been in Belgium for years, but I do remember many nights that started with a joyous "ééntje is geentje", only to turn in to blurry, scattered memories, and ending in me waking up the next day (way too late) with unexplained bruises and a splitting headache. Perhaps my mistake was that I never had any rocks on me at the time

Never thought I'd find a mantis "cute",... but here we go. My views on bugs have changed a lot since i started to collect dead ones. Now i love pinning them myself. And i also can't seem to unalive them anymore. Mosquitoes, ticks and other human-bloodsucking f*ckers are fair game though.

Crazy how I ended up watching soooo many of ur vids 🤦🏽♀️
I caught a few Bold Jumping Spiders outside the house and release them inside to hunt down and eat the Yellow Sac Spiders that haunt me every year. Then I spotted a fat female, my favorite and I put her into an enclosure. I didn't have time to build a proper house for her but I captured a few of them Yellow Sac Spiders so I may witness the death of the spiders that bite me in my sleep. The Jumper stalked then lunged at the offending spider...I had great satisfaction when the Jumper caused a release and they were both dangling from a web...She laid eggs, they hatched and they escaped. I had tiny Jumpers all over the place..
