Do Not Lose Touch with Your Attorney

In addition, in Virginia, if your claim is Awarded, it will include a Lifetime Medical Award. That means what it says. The workers Comp insurance company is on the hook for your work injuries for the rest of your life. So if you go to a new job and start paying co-pays for treatment for your work injuries under your health insurance, you are throwing away even MORE money. Workers comp is supposed to pay for that, with NO co-pays.
