I have routinely watched and also waited for your videos. I find that you are an excellent commentator and extremely organized. Like you this was my second gig. I had a corporate job. That was until Citibank decided to let 20k go. Now I am a full time reseller and happy! I am 12 minutes into this video and said wow! All of this is right up my alley - if that photography paper is still sealed it’s worth a fortune! I have sold this before and the younger people will go crazy for it. One pack can get $50-$75. The photographs as you know are an excellent find also. I buy all slides all photos that I can find. I recently purchased thousands of old wire photos old boxers from the 1930-1960s many of them signed. I am just glad you’re up in Syracuse and not in Freehold NJ you would be my competition! All good keep these videos coming. You are one of the best content creators for this genre!
I am really honored and touched by your comment. It means more to me than I can express.
Holy artwork! 🤯🎨🖼Incredible art at this sale! What a score, Dr. Dom! I would have broken the bank if I attended that sale! Thank you for another great video! ❤😊
I could not agree with you more. It’s so obvious that the seller knows about sell/reselling antiques/vintage. Hey holder of the sale, bue blue or green frog tape. Both of them don’t stick . Then write the price on the tape, and most. Important, STTICK IT ON THE BACK! 8:20
Damaged sheet music and other pictures and papers can be sold by the pound or in lots to people who make junk journals and glue books.
Magazine pages, stamps, receipts, recipes, etc. Ephemera sells. Even cut up sewing patterns and stained things. They call it a grunge look.
I probably wouldn't buy paper just for that, but extra things in a box that isn't worth selling on its own or is too damaged. Christmas cards, post cards...
It's easy to put a gallon bag full and label it one pound or two pounds, etc. when you get enough, list it.
Even old book pages and spines.
I am drooling watching all this artwork. You go Dom!
Thanks Kay! It was amazing!
I think I once shared about postcards and prints glued into scrapbooks, but I'll repeat an abridged version here. Soak them...tub, sink, whatever.... the glue is water soluble. Try it on this one. Then use common sense to blot with paper towel, press with dry, repeat....can weigh down with whatever. I saved a lot of antique ephemera using this method passed on to me by my 83 year old mentor.
I’ve never seen so much artwork in one house! And great prices to boot, nice!!
This is where your years of knowledge have paid off I would have been overwhelmed and walked by most of it. Fantastic!, thanks for sharing all the knowledge
Thanks Lisa! It was a mammoth day!
I think that tiny elephant picture is paper art! Daisy is sooo cute!
I think k you’re right!
You probably know by now but that little elephant looked like it was a quilled paper piece. I've dabbled with quilling. It takes patience.
This is a great house!
@@almostoily7541 yes thank you so much. Learn something new every day!
LOVE the Japanese art!
@@danhopper8266 thanks! Me too!
Amazing things you're picking up and I'm glad you're getting them and not being thrown away, this way it can be pleasure to others. 10 tons of money to you.
Thanks Joanne!
I loved the very detailed Japanese painting.
Why, why, WHY do they put price stickers in the WORST places and cause damage?? It should be illegal, like small pockets. Truly amazing sale. I like how you’re patient and not afraid to dig.
Fortunately these peel off easy but I know what you mean
If you use “un-du product “ it will take off adhesive stickers from ephemera and leave no residue or stain. ( always test on back side to be sure)
@@lisa_h2702 and I think heat works. But these techniques require patience.
@@lisa_h2702 yup. Fortunately these were easy peel off stickers
Small pockets? They should be illegal!
Incredible that all that stuff was left over. That was heaven for us paper pushers.
This was a big reason why I did not go to Allentown, lol
@@PrimeTimeTreasureHunter and you spent $1400 less than me. Great pick ups. Although I think I may have bought all the maps.
@@PopeyesPostcards I have no doubt! Lol
Wow - Clyde Beaty Cole Brothers Circus - that circus came to Commack. Long Island, NY when I was a kid - late 50’s early 1960’s. Your videos always bring back memories. What a beautiful art collection. Happy you found so many beautiful items.
Thanks so much! Glad to bring back some great memories!
The C-Opera Group was composed of the students of seven New York City vocal teachers. They performed the two-act operetta "Peggy and the Pirate" by Geoffrey O'Hara at the Heckscher Theatre, 1230 5th Avenue, February 1, 1930.
Thanks for the info!
Do you know if anybody famous ever performed worth them (like when they were young they were in this group and then grew up to be famous)?
@@rhoward295 not yet. Will be fun to research
I went to this sale twice and came home with some wicked treasures!! ...did you get any cat art 😂😂
Stay tuned! 🤣 🐱
@@PrimeTimeTreasureHunter 🤣🤣
I agree, definitely the best estate sale ever!! I would have been there ALL DAY long. I'm going to have to watch it over again.
I totally agree! Thanks so much!
The one on the wall behind you! The CAT!
I would just moved back and forth among the art. I have a gallery in my bedroom. I don’t think my husband would be too impressed if all the walls were filled with art . I love it you are fortunate to come across so much
Thanks Julie. I have never seen this much art at a sale before.
I am sooo happy to see a new video up! That house is AMAZING and those prices, WOW! That is what Estate Sale prices SHOULD be! Please give Daisy girl a nice little belly scratch for me 😊
Will do! Thanks so much Shannon!
Primetime, I wanted ALL of the cat prints! Gah!! You are excellent!
Thanks so much!! They are super cool!
Hi Dom, wow wow wow 😀amazing finds at this estate sale. The poster with Clint Eastwood was my favourite find of the day but I like the other stuff also. I wish I would live in the USA, you don't find this much here in good old Germany because most of the people throw ephemera in the trash, they think no one will buy this. I sell ephemera for more then 20 years but never ever found so many good items at one sale. Can't wait to see the next one. Greetings from Berlin, Germany. Ralf
Thanks so much! Glad this not disappoint! So cool to have a viewer in Germany!
The Japanese woodblock art, and the Japanese art overall, is incredible. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, Jan! I’m glad you liked it!
@@PrimeTimeTreasureHuntercouldn’t believe all the prints, woodblock prints etc, was very surprised you didn’t take all of it. Same for the Bird and wildlife prints. For all of this stuff including Movie Posters you can scan with Google Lens to get descriptions and prices if they sold somewhere. Great pick but a lot of money left on the table too,
Love love love the cat and Asian art!
Thank you!
Wow! What a sale! So much neat art!
Thanks!
Five minutes in and I am having cat envy!

Wowee! This house was absolutely PACKED with all sorts of treasures. And even the regular prices were very good , but then half off! 🥳There is so much history in every room! You are one lucky reseller! Thanks for taking us along!
Thanks Nancy! Glad you liked it!
WOW, WOW, WOW! What a phenomenal estate sale with incredible prices.
I of course loved all of the cat prints as I am owned by 3 of them but there was so much more that was awesome
I loved the bird pictures also along with the Japanese art but really loved all of the boxed lots as it made for incredible prices.
I can't really say which was my favorite item as there is so much stuff that I also like. Thanks for sharing with us.
Tell Mrs P.T. hello and give Daisy lots of love, treats and scratches.🤗👌🥰
Will do, Elizabeth. Thanks so much for watching and commenting!
What an amazing estate sale. So much beautiful and interesting items. At some point, I was overwhelmed, and I was only watching.
I saw two artworks from Elizabeth Ronner. One next to the She poster. 5:51 The second one is on the table next to the Japanese art you're showing. 23:59 Ronner is an Dutch female artist famous for her cat drawings and paintings.
There was so much to see I understand you can't get everything. The Japanese art is beautiful too. You got some great deals.❣️✨️🐈⬛️
Sorry to correct you, but it is Henriëtte Ronner
@AngelinaLouiseVonk-wu8qo Yes, you're right. I don't know why I used the wrong name.🤭 I have a big photo book about her. ❣️
Thanks for the info!
Oh my! A picker's dream for you for sure! SO HAPPY FOR YOU!
@@carlaprinkkirepac119 thanks Carla! That was lots of fun!
The elephant picture is an elephant made with paper. It's called paper quilling
Interesting. Thanks!
I was driving down James St and happened upon that sale late in the afternoon on the last day… even then it was mind blowing at the stuff they had left. I couldn’t stop thinking about it the following week, what stuff I could’ve bought but didn’t and wondering what they did with the leftovers when the sale did end. I actually purchased a WW2 mine sweeper/metal detector that was all complete in a big wooden military crate down on the basement floor… dated 1945… $25 💥
Wow! What am amazing find! Your brother was jealous he missed the sale! But I am jealous that he owns a comic shop! lol
Amazing sale and finds, very good advice about going at the end. Ive done the same thing- and still score! Good luck listing all that !!!
Thanks so much! Yes, it really paid off going at the end but every sale is different. Sometimes, you have to go on the first day. Experience pay off.
That was a great romp through such a wonderful estate!
Thanks Melissa!
So nice...I watched it twice! As a cat rescuer, I have a pretty decent amount of cat art and figures but compared to this purrson, I am an amateur. I thought the two brass rubbings you found were interesting and wonder if done by the owner or something he picked up as a curator. And LOVED that book store set up....Needless to say the Asian art was wonderful. I have a bunch of the painted bamboo hanging screen you picked up. They used to be really prevalent. Some of the woodblock prints on the wall looked to be by Hasui Kawase. I have a couple of postcard prints that he did. They are exquisite and something to look out for. I don't know if they have any super value but I love mine. And you do come across them at sales from time to time. It's going to be hard to top this one! Thanks again!
Thanks so much. It was fun to read about your collections and the similar items to this sale!
Great stuff. Didn't have any favorites. Had a great time watching. Wish I could have been with you ❤
Glad you enjoyed! Thanks Trish!
Hi Dom and Miss Daisy. Wow, what a fantastic estate sale full of amazing treasures. If postage wasn’t such a crazy amount to post to the UK, I would definitely get some of the cat prints. Yep, crazy cat lady here 😂 although, I do love all animals. Another great video. Hugs to Miss Daisy.
Thank you so much! I appreciate it. Say hi to Dr. Who for me!
@@PrimeTimeTreasureHunter , lol. I will if I bump into him. You never know where he will materialise 😂

Im not a reseller but im sure enjoying your videos, learning things i never knew and im 74!!
Glad to hear that, Margie!
Thanks for taking us along-favorite is the scifi posters
Thanks Pam! I love old sci fi too!
Great haul! I would've been all over the books, art and ephemera too. The prints that you looked at early in the video were not wood block, they were watercolor. The tipoff is that watercolor has a softer, and more uneven graduation of color depending on how the brush moves. Woodblocks will have sharper edges, flatter colors, and any graduated color will be more even. The red seal is called a chop, and it is the artist's signature.
Thanks for the info.
That was absolutely wild... I would have gotten into so much trouble between the cats, Sinclair Dinos, and other ephemera. Wow.
You would have been in heaven lol
I would have needed a could of thousand and a U-haul here. 😂 I liked the comic strips and paperbacks.
Good thing I have lots of storage space in my trunk. Comics strips were one of my faves too.
Loved the photo of the dancers from 1930, the sheet music and ALOT of the art . This definitely was the greatest estate sale!
I love the glass tie backs. The cat items are great. Love to sweet Daisy!
Thanks! Those were a nice surprise!
Oh. My. God. ❤❤❤❤❤ what an amazing sale! I love ephemera and you sure got some fantastic pieces at terrific prices. Well done!! Well done!! I especially loved the sheet music!
Thanks Judy. I can't wait to go through the sheet music
The movie posters and the cat pictures were the best. But your scored your going to make a ton of money.Say hi to Daisy.🐶

Amazing sale! I would be tempted to keep going back multiple times. Wow! That little elephant picture you picked up at the beginning was made by paper quilling.
This estate sale did not disappoint! Wow! Incredible finds! And I loved all the kitty prints. 🩷 So fun to watch. 😊
Thank you! Cat fans will love this one!
So many cool items!
Thanks!
Hi Prime Time. FYI the picture at time stamp 18:19, I believe is an actual brass rubbing of a knight's tomb in a cathedral in London or maybe Bath. My husband has what looks like the exact same image, hanging in his office. When he was a teenager on a class trip, he made the rubbing himself.
Oh wow! Thank you so much for the useful info! I appreciate you watching!
Wow that was the best sale! I was dying over the prices!!! triple taps on all of it.
Thanks Sandy!
When are you putting out another video?🥺
@@Babycarrots21 hopefully this Sunday

Any of the sheet music that is damaged is great for junk journalling :)
Great point!
I'll watch for it ;)
36:25 those vintage drawing squares (looks like a T) hanging on the wall can be worth big bucks to collector architects and engineers.
Are you sure you have the right time stamp?
@PrimeTimeTreasureHunter I think they meant 25:57.
Just a wonderful sale. Oh my!

Thanks Robin!!!
Hi Dom Are you going to keep track of all your sales? It would be work but fun to keep a running total. It was awesome!!! Great finds !! ☮️💜
Hi Mary. Ebay keeps track of it for me and I also have an Excel spreadsheet I use to keep track of expenses.
Congratulations! Great haul! Thanks for explanation at end answered my questions. The Japanese wood block prints were my favorite! I looked on both your sites after you were talking about about some of the music not being in best shape. Ephemera grab bags. A local store her in Colorado Springs CO called Who Gives a Scrap sells these kind of grab bags. They always sell out. Just and idea so all those scrap pieces don’t go to waste. Great video! If you idea of how they look they have some in their Etsy shop.
Thanks! Yes, great idea and will do once I sort it. I sometimes do that with damaged comic books for crafting. :)
Great sale! Love the art!
Thanks!
This is a Mega score, great finds Dom
The only issue with finds like this is every other find after this will pale in comparison
I know right. lol
That estate sale was amazing with fantastic, unbelievable prices! Score!😍

Such great buys! I didn't think Life mags were a thing anymore? It was funny that more than a few times people thought you were talking to them rather then us viewers 😂. Thanks for another great video, Randy.
That’s a strategy I use to film 😃. The Life mags can be good depending on cover, condition, and age. The Marilyn Monroe cover sells for big money
