@@pizzaistda7119 yeah it really depends on what type of sound you’re going for. If you want a lower tuning, 7 string is the best way to go. But if you’re a beginner, a 6 string definitely wouldn’t be a bad place to start. Most metal players play with drop tuning, but I play in standard tuning.
