Im just here to thank you! I took my NCLEX yesterday and passed. I know that the strategies you teach played a big part in my success. I can't thank you enough!
@@lorientheresa4844I'm sorry about your plight my friend but i was once in your shoes before i was recommended to Mrs ELISABETH HELEN and that's how i passed My NCLEX exam
I have a question/comment regarding the order of #3. If you deliver the baby before you check for a cord around the neck won’t that affect the delivery of the baby? Perhaps it is the wording of the question since delivering a baby isn’t part of the nurses role.
I agree with you and isn't the nose supposed to be sectioned before the mouth. I thought that was the order for the sectioning. I guess I'll look it up. Checking for the cord around the neck should be first cuz it not....wouldn't that tighten the cord around the neck of the baby if the baby is delivered first?
Hi I love your reviews Dr. Sharon they have been so helpful to me, I have participated in Marks recorded review....and for stage 2 of labor...he says deliver head first then (airway is priority) suctioning mouth/nose then check nuchal cord...so i just wanted to clarify which is 2nd?
Is not from his old lectures cuz I just bought the on_ demand course online and he said deliver the Brady, suction the mouth, nose than u check cord around the neck , than make sure an ID band is on the baby @@klimekreviews
Hi Dr. Sharon, Good day! I have a question regarding no.1 question about the alcohol. Cause in the blue book its says 70% alcohol to promote drying. Can you pls clarify . Thank you
Yeah I think so too. U check for the cord around the neck of the baby before u deliver the baby. It could be vocabulary issue here, maybe check for the cord means separating the cord frm the mother and child and not the checking for the cord around the neck of the baby before delivery

I think cord around the neck is checked first before delivery of the baby. Your reviews are usually superb
Nope

yup if u see the umbilical cord around the next you gotta push the baby back inside and prepare for c-section im guessing
@@jamesromero731 the provider will try to ease the cord from around the neck and proceed to deliver the baby.

@@MonaEmmanuel-n4nHi. The correct order to suction is mouth then nose. M before N This removes the potential of the infant swallowing.
I was looking for this kind of comment, i thought its just me who got confused. Can someone enlighten me about this order. Thank you
