I love freezer prep of any kind. Makes dinner time a lot less busy when its done ahead of time. Yes, the furry friends like to be under me most of the time! It's really hard when I am recording and they like to sound the bark alarm. 😂💜

I'm not exactly sure where I had heard about this product. I have been using it for about 2 years and we like it. It tastes almost exactly like soy sauce, just less salty. It's a great substitute if you are trying to stay away from soy products. 💜

The predominant flavors of jerk chicken, in addition to the salt and pepper, scallions, onion and garlic, are the fruity scotch bonnets, allspice berries and thyme. Not all Jamaicans like scorching hot peppers so it’s ok to substitute a milder pepper but it won’t taste the same. Of course if your mouth is on fire you probably won’t taste anything anyway 😂
