Hello di...i tried this hair mask today...first of all its super easy to make + doesnt need much time to keep over ur head so not too much time taking + easy to wash off ... therefore overall its a very easy and efficient hair mask.
After applying i just shampood my hairs without using any conditioner...generally i do...but after drying it does'nt looked like i have'nt used any conditioner...so thanku and very well done...keep doing this work ...it really helps😊

Secondly i stirred pretty much time the castor oil with the gel bt it didn't mixed with the gel...it was like in the bubble form floating over the gel...so plz tell me the proper way...thanku

Having protein in your diet helps along with diy treatments..daily u can consume almonds, paneer, flax seeds, eggs, fish, curd etc. It helps a lot . Along drink lots of water.

Hi Anjana, been watching you videos for a week now and I must say I am pretty impressed. I appreciate the effort you take to get into details of each aspect. I am looking forward to trying your remedies in the coming weeks. I have hair fall, breakage and dandruff issues. I shampoo on alternate days and oil every 4th day. Can I use your flaxseed+castor oil on say Tuesday, curry leaves oil on Thursday, amla+ginger+aloevera on Saturday followed by a fenugreek mask on next Monday. That is can I use a combination of remedies instead of one remedy at a time or is it advisable to use only one at a time. Please advise. Hope you will reply to my query. It really works...my hair had become very dry....after first use only there was a drastic change....i couldn't keep my hands off my hair....because they were manageable and didn't get tangled easily....and that means less hairfall....skipped conditioner because while washing only i felt the softness in my hair....will definitely use it for 3 weeks and share my experience
