Okay sure good diet helps
the only way to get rid of split end is to cut them off. the ends are "broken" there is no glueing them back down. sorry chick, the sooner you start to snip them off and caring for your hair using oils etc then that can prevent further spliting

Ekdm se adapted nhi hota onion Juice kyoki vo High range of acid hota H so be patience take ur time it will give u best result. My own experience and hmesha onion Juice nikalo to thoda pani dalke lgao balance ho jae jisse.....

No castor oil is not a carrier oil .. you can mix it with other carrier oils like coconut and almond oil
