Reason #5672 for being grateful for all of you paper craft bloggers... keeping me company today while I am stuck on my couch. I fell this morning and twisted my ankle so I am confined to the couch with an icepack on it. Thank God for all you wonderful people who take your time to entertain us and teach us paper crafting.

Gayle, I'm watching you on my big screen tv I rarely comment but I had to PAUSE it when you said the person would quit watching because they don't do digitals...they obviously don't have any imagination. I THANK YOU for ALL THE INSPIRATION you give us, we can take it and use junk mail, newspaper, magazines, ANYTHING so plz don't let the poo-poo-ers get you down. 💝

I like to sew my ruffles on to a paper scrap. That way I am gluing paper to paper. Your coffee dying is awesome.

I got my handmade ink dauber that you pointed me toward and I love it! It is gorgeous! Thank you!! I’m always amazed at people’s need to make negative comments instead of just moving on to someone else’s videos… But then I’m Canadian… and we or a lot of us are very polite. I would never make a negative comment on one of these videos. You all work so hard doing what you do and I am so thankful that you are willing to share your ideas with us…
Great session Gayle! I never think of doing a mass make with “pages” so thanks for the reminder. Don’t stress about having so many videos stock piled...we can watch some older videos as refreshers. Just enjoy your visit without wearing yourself out before you go. Hugs! ❤️

Gayle, love this idea!! It is very seldom I use the same paper as you….so for those who complain about not having digitals….use what you have! Use scrapbook paper, use magazines, use watercolors to color blank pages. Most of us just go with the flow and substitute with what we have, thank Gayle for taking time to provide free content, and be blessed with what we have vs what we don’t have… there are plenty of RUclips channels that show crafts using household items. Don’t bring down the group dynamics because you won’t stop to think about using what you have.
I love the corner envelopes tuck! And the bellyband envelope is a great idea. Ditto the ruffle pages.
I made my 11 year old grandson a hockey journal. I wish you could have seen him clutch it to his chest and tell me, “I LOVE it!”

Love the Italian page pockets. Will give it a try. Don’t fret over having videos while your gone. We can just go back and do a refresher on some of your beautiful goodies.
No fretting…just a goal. And I made it! I’m a week and half ahead and leave on Thursday! There shouldn’t be a break in daily videos at all. Truly I do it as much for me as for you all. Just love crafting with my YT buddies! ❤️
I love allll your Mass Making videos but this one I think is my favorite so far. It will help so many people who are hesitant to start a journal. Just 1 page is so much less intimidating than starting a WHOLE journal. Thank you so much !!!
Good morning Gayle!! Missed yesterday's video. Had an unexpected trip to help out our daughter and her family after their transmission blew on their motorhome. Love this idea of getting pages ready to go in journals!! I can't print digitals, so I'm very grateful to the awesome Etsy sellers who print and ship. But you taught me long ago I can do the same thing with lighter weight scrapbook papers. Thank you for all your inspiration sweet friend!! Have an awesome day....💜

Me too! I’m not good at sleeping, but it didn’t help working on journals then spent hours thinking about crafts & creating, even Christmas things! I don’t like to even think about it until after Halloween but this year I’m on it…a slight lie there, after I’ve crocheted about 100 crochet poppies for remembrance day & some small wreaths, rather than the huge ones. Smaller for ordinary people like us or someone who wants to lay one on their loved one’s grave etc. I can’t think of words to describe what I mean 🤦🏼♀️ so I hope you’re psychic!
This is another great way to mass make. Having a stock pile of pages will certainly make putting together the journal so much quicker. Huggs

I'm sure everybody can find a little something to do or a lot of Gayle to watch. With all your older stuff. As ALWAYS take care of you and your family first, everything you put on here you do for us for free I'm sure we'll be fine. What a fun great project that is for today!!! nice going my friend!!!! this is a brilliant idea, just like embellishments, you'll have all these pages ready when you are working on different journals and you just pick and choose then without too much pre-planing! GREAT idea....and with the side pocket pages...if you want them on the outside, just fold the other way when you use them! I'm going to start mass making pages!

The pockets can work either way. Just fold the page back and the pocket is on the front!

I really like this idea. I'm a very, very impatient person - having things to hand is a huge difference for me, and also, it means I don't dither as much over each element on a page. I'm going to try and do these. By the way, I don't use digitals and I get so many ideas from your videos I have to save some of them to my "Crafting" folder on youtube to refer back to - this is another idea-packed gem. It was especially fun to see what you did with those tab clusters you did on Roxy's weekly challenge - they DO look amazing on the page. I'm inspired. Gotta rustle up some bases for those... 😊😊

All great idea for pages, wrote them all down on my to do list and saved video too. On the ruffle’s you can buy a ruffle foot attachment for your sewing machine. I’m still learning how to sew but it would be nice to have. Happy crafting! 👍🌻🌻🌻

This is just an idea for Veronica.. thought it might be a neat idea to do coordinating ruffle strips and fabric flip combinations to purchase as one kit.

I wish that I could give this ten thumbs up. What a great idea, and so useful. Thank you for sharing it! Sometimes the thought of starting a journal is daunting because of all the parts that have to be created, but having a stash of both pages and ephemera is a great incentive. I know how I will spend my day!

I just finished my entry for Laurie, Girl on the Ridge and Maggie White and ended up with three more sacks/bags/Cori Dahman scrap bins I may expire of heat exhaustion! So I’ll join you with pages and envelopes that are no sweat required. I have AC and floor fans and there’s an Emergency Air Alert for Albuquerque. I’m planning on playing in my room anyway so no way am I spray painting at the rollerblading park!!! They are calling their new style crazy 8’s collage..... they weren’t even born yet when that original game came out. Geesch!! No splanin art in the park

Excellent ideas, especially the book page ones made into paper pockets. I have papers from Rachel too, and did not have enough ideas on how to use them while still preserving their textures and fonts and colors. TFS, Gayle!
