To those of you who are concerned by Keith’s dismissive comments on the loss of our baby, please know we suffered the terrible heartbreak when it happened, and mourned that loss for a long time. However, in our family, we try to make light during dark situations, and that sometimes presents itself in the form of humor or sarcasm. I don’t carry the blame for Jane’s death, nor did I do cocaine or alcohol while pregnant. Keith knows this, and he knows I don’t take his comments seriously; he’s just trying to lighten the mood! We joke and laugh often about life, ourselves, and our circumstances. It’s just who we are. I hope you understand.
    Much love to all!
    ~Renee💕

Keith is one of a kind. People deal with things differently, and we know Keith loves you and the family. I love your relationship. You have to laugh or you go crazy! My parents lost two babies between my brother and me. They didn't do anything to prepare for me until they knew I was actually healthy and ok. While I wasn't here, and my brother doesn't remember losing his siblings, I know my mom felt those other two until she died. She often said just what you said...that she'd see them in heaven. I can sympathize with you so much. I'm glad you left the story in and that you left in Keith's jokes, too. It's really ok to laugh at life...even the deep valleys.

We drove to SC and bought a Fontain Pajot 40 which we had for about half a year sailing around the Bahamas until we were to cramped as a family of 4 and the boat was not reliable, We bought a 2009 Catana 50 (untethered) back in FL and then went and cruised the exumas and abaco a ton for about 2 years. since kids were about to enter High school we aventually headed back to NH and sold the boat. We have many boats on our ocean here but no sailboats anymore, We are floating away towards land life starting motocross, skiing, lake boating, etc LOL anyway thank you guys for sparking our adventure and hope to see you bring others to do so.-Untethered

Thanks for sharing your story, my oldest was rushed to the NICU at another hospital by a NICU ambulance when he was born. The fear was unimaginable for that situation, so I can only imagine how you felt that day. Sadly, not all babies are born perfect, some worse than others. I remember crying driving to the hospital every day to see my son, with all the wires and tubes coming out of him. I remember crying and screaming at my steering wheel every day on my way back home. I tell everyone I meet, “I should’ve gotten a pre-purchase inspection!” When Keith says you were doin too much cocaine you can just say “I’m not addicted, I just love the way it smells!” Love you guys. Love your humor. Love your story. Stay awesome!!!

G'day Renee, first of all and most importantly, my condolences to you and Keith on the loss of your precious "Baby Jane!" I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriage mate. However, God definitely blessed you & Keith with two more incredibly, bright and beautiful children, Finn & Kate! You're an incredible woman, wife, mother, and person. You're obviously the glue that holds your family together! I hope Keith reads this comment and realises how bloody fortunate he is, to have married such an INCREDIBLE woman....I know he absolutely does 😊! May God Bless you and your beautiful family. Cheers from Margaret River, Western Australia 🇦🇺.

I get very concerned anytime I see someone using a Bosun's chair without a full body harness and proper fall protection. The Bosun's chair is intended for work positioning and provides no level of "fall protection". You should only use a Bosun's chair in conjunction with a full body harness connected to a proper anchor point with something that will limit the fall distance to maximum of 6ft and an arresting force of less than 1800 Lbs. If you fall at these numbers you're still going to get hurt, but at least you won't die. Something like a self retracting life line would be a great solution for your needs and would limit the fall distance and arresting forces considerably. Google it and stay safe out there on the blue...

That Anti-Fouling looks really nice, they did a really good job. Also that chrome chain looks amazing. A lot of great upgrades to the boat!. That salt water and salty air makes everything look bad if not kept up with, I clean my dad's boat all the time, (charter fishing in CapeCod), and boy that salt is nasty. We wax/polish everything, and it still manages to make things a mess lol.
Let me know how that Anti-Fouling coat works out. If it's good stuff, I'm going to recommend my father do it. Stay safe, we love you guys up here in the Northeast!

Hey Guys, I hope you are having fun in Greece. While you are in Greece you should visit the harbour of Frikes. I’ve been before and it was the nicest place I’ve ever been to. It is a small harbour with a few restaurants and an AMAZING dessert place called Dodoni which does the BEST pancakes and ice cream. Also there is a small ten min walk to an old tower which looks over the harbour, you can walk to the top of and it’s such a beautiful sight at night. Last thing there is around a twenty min walk over the hill and if you go at night you can watch the sunset over Kefalonia which is a truly stunning view :)
