I was you, even in childhood. No explanation why. You are missing something you need to find, and you will. Negativity breeds negative outcomes. Life is short, and you will find what you are looking for. That, I can promise you. Live day by day, progress not perfection. All it is, is working out your brain to reshape your thinking. It takes time, but it's possible. Someone who feels so deeply, I can't imagine the pure bliss you'll live in when you are able to overcome this.
