Dear everyone, I’ve been reading the comments on how people were complaining about the lack of applause for Martin Freeman and Andy Serkis. While yes people didn’t clap for them, they didn’t for Daniel and 2 other actors who’s name’s weren’t as recognizable. I understand the complaint of not clapping for the white actors, but remember a few others didn’t get applause either
I was thinking the same, Angela Bassett got the loudest applause because she has been a star since a really long time. On the other hand, Daniel Kaluuya and Winston Duke aren't so known right now so they didn't receive one.
I didn't like the song all that much. I made a video with the footage of the end credits and replaced the music for the theme song for the Black Panther animated series.
I still VIVIDLY remember walking out of the movie theatre like....."wow....I just experienced that. Me and my family just experienced a huge, ICONIC deubt of a black superhero." LIterally have no words to describe how excited we are to see Wakanda Forever this weekend
same, most of them left right after the credits started...though the credits scene with Kendrick Lamar's and SZA's "All The Stars" is so epic and worth remaining seated watching it!
It was everyone and that also included when they put the black panther in avengers infinity war I Remember when that showed up I was like YEAH! LETS GO AVENGERS!!! and everyone was also getting hyped for it as well and was screaming Avengers boutta make take another dub man the memories
Just notice Black Panther had the best outro yet The visuals were stunning and the music fits just perfectly. The best MCU has so far Cant wait to see what Infinity Wars has to offer.
Nobody can replace Chadwick, he was born to play Black Panther. I am sure he was very happy that they continued with a Black Panther 2 in honor of his memory. As long as they didn’t find someone else to play his character.
A nice touch I noticed. When the credits roll starts, it goes: -Directed by Ryan Coogler= 1 Panther. -Written by R.C & Joe R Cole= 2 Panthers. -Produced by Kevin Feige= The Throne. Small details that I thought to be kinda cool. Might've been coincidental, but I hope they planned it.
I remember being at the movie theaters the day that they showed the movie. Sooo many people came in support of the movie. The room was sooo packed some of us had to get corner seats. But I wouldn't change it for the world. The cultural impact that this movie has made for rblack people, especially little black boys and girls everywhere is amazing. We will never forget you Chadwick Boseman. Rest in Power.
That makes me sad. Andy Serkis was awesome in this movie. So was Martin Freeman but I can understand he's not as likeable a character (yet), no excuses to not applaud Andy Serkis though, he was one of the standouts of the movie.
There’s a certain feeling when you get a good theater audience and they clap exactly when they have to and you can join along. Especially on the night the movie releases it creates a certain festive feeling.
Yea up to that point, I would sit in countless Marvel movies on premiere night and none had consistent applause like this ever before. Of course, Infinity War and Endgame's reactions had it beat, but there was a passion in Black Panther's audience that was infectious
warrior1795 actually he's kinda true. Most black people view things like Star Wars and Lord Of The Rings as dorky and stupid kid stuff. Hell, I barely see any black people at San Diego Comic-Con.
Danai and Angela got the most cheers. This really was a breakout performance for Danai as a hero. She owned the role of Okoye...I wasn't even expecting her intelligent acting in this. Coming from playing Michonne on The Walking Dead...such a different character. She is just amazing and Angela just owns any role she does. Chad was just beyond amazing in his performance. The emotional scenes he gave were amazing.
STILL IN LOVE WITH THIS MOVIE AFTER SEEING IT 4 TIMES! I JUST CAN'T GET ENOUGH! BEST CREDIT SCENE, LOVED ALL THE CHARACTERS, AND THEM WARRIOR GIRLS-THEY ALL MY CUZZINTS! 🖤🖤🖤
I remember going open night to see this film with my brother and dad. We sat in a expensive theater with fully-reclined seats. I remember jamming out to this song during the post credits! Good times..
I’m Latina and saw Black Panther in a majority Black audience in Baltimore and I cried happy tears because of the reaction. So many little kids in costumes
Jermaine Williams I’m sorry. I’m not trying to be mean but that’s a little messed up. Race shouldn’t have a factor if you clap or don’t clap for someone. If they did an outstanding job. Give them the credit they deserve. Doesn’t matter what skin colour, race or ethnicity you are. That’s just my opinion.

Houze Album Unboxings I feel Chadwick should’ve gotten more applause considering he played the lead
Isabella Thierry they noticed it right before when they went to Michael b Jordan that’s why Jordan got a bigger reaction,
I was thinking the same, Angela Bassett got the loudest applause because she has been a star since a really long time. On the other hand, Daniel Kaluuya and Winston Duke aren't so known right now so they didn't receive one.
Houze Album Unboxings agreed.
Exactly. Pple gonna see what they want though. :)
THIS MUSIC GIVES ME THE CHILLS EVERY TIME I LISTEN TO IT !!!
John Patrick Mason YES. SAME HERE. LIKEWISE.
John Patrick Mason yesss
I've loved Kendrick for a long time. He's super talented. SZA is awesome as well.
Enid Rhee-Grimes he isn’t an unknown artist or something 😂
John Patrick Mason ik
MAN this end credit roll is beautiful!
I didn't like the song all that much. I made a video with the footage of the end credits and replaced the music for the theme song for the Black Panther animated series.
It 'was'...RIP Black Panther
muja MR it truly is
I love it too🤗The music and the visuals almost make me wanna cry, especially the last part
AnAsianGeek FX I love the music
I still VIVIDLY remember walking out of the movie theatre like....."wow....I just experienced that. Me and my family just experienced a huge, ICONIC deubt of a black superhero." LIterally have no words to describe how excited we are to see Wakanda Forever this weekend
man was wakanda forever also good
@@mauricioquijas3438 it was SO good. I loved it
And Jennifer Lawrence first female action hero…
Ikr
Did you forgot about Blade?
This end credit sequence was beautiful. This film was one of the best in the mcu.
I still top this over Infinity War.
Jacob Angeles bruh I know it’s an opinion but are you serious?😂😂
Cowboys nation
Dude, truthfully I was bored during several parts of Infinity War.
njari2 you’re clueless
Micah
And your a child. Im clueless because I didnt find a movie to be as entertaining as youd like? Lol. Grow up.
Man wtf the audience we had was quiet the entire time lol
LucidSarcasm what helps is going to a Thursday night showing around 7pm. That’s when most of the excited fans go and that’s when I went
same, most of them left right after the credits started...though the credits scene with Kendrick Lamar's and SZA's "All The Stars" is so epic and worth remaining seated watching it!

Lmao same

RIP LEGEND THIS HONESTLY HURT SO MUCH😪
Listen to this song and seeing his name hurt
He is gone 😢😢
I remember walking out of the theatre after the movie . The VIBES .
with daddy kendrick rapping
You have the best crowd man.
Edward Knox thanks. I was really impressed at how well the audience responded to the end credits
This was every black crowd on me 😂
Agreed
Just saw part 2 today and man rewatching this just made me shed a tear
me tooo😭😫
same😞
Me too, part 2 was horrible compared to this
@@SWOTHDRA nah it was good, just not as good as the first one of course
Lupita, Danai and Angela getting the biggest applause was cherry on top
It was everyone and that also included when they put the black panther in avengers infinity war I Remember when that showed up I was like YEAH! LETS GO AVENGERS!!! and everyone was also getting hyped for it as well and was screaming Avengers boutta make take another dub man the memories

Cant wait to see what Infinity Wars has to offer.
Jeremy Robinson nope I’d give it to Thor ragnarok
Infinity war outro suits the outcome of the movie.
Yup. Ryan Coogler Nailed it
RecklessMC 〈Road To 200 Subs〉 maybe not that beautiful of a credit roll, but one that definitely fit the mood of the ending well
Depression & emptiness until 2019...that’s what it has to offer
Black Panther didn't win Best Picture in 2019, but this was definitely the best movie of the year.
Ahahahahahahahahahaha
DeepBlue in retrospect, few movies touched this one in 2018, at least culturally. It’s a respectable standpoint (Roma should’ve won though)
Yeah!
Yes
Black Panther didn't win because a better movie won. The movie that one that year was "Green Book" starring Mahershala Ali set in 1962.
Am I the only one who is HELLA satisfied by that credit role?
*People leaving during the credits*
"We... we don't do that here"
Come on now they could've showed my boy Andy some love lol
nah it's to much racism going on
@@africanlogic757 im pretty sure there were a lot of white people in the crowd. They didn't clap either.
@@africanlogic757 true they only clapped for the black people, what about martin freeman? he is a fucking legend man

Or the theater is filled with villains.
@@knightofkorbin888 100% right brother
Black Panther was a beautifully made experience. Definitely earned the mark its left on the world.
I remember being at the movie theaters the day that they showed the movie. Sooo many people came in support of the movie. The room was sooo packed some of us had to get corner seats. 2:10 Poor Andy. Though I bet he must have gotten a better crowd reaction as Caesar.
He played Gollum. His reputation is set for life
Etseterrestrial cry me a river troll lol
Don’t forget he played Caesar
Lol, people just joking because he played a racist killer.
I loved the little gasp the audience did when they saw 'Original songs by Kendrick Lamar'
“Nobody clapping for the white guy” lmao TRUTH!
Depth217 lol yea I thought that was a little shady
Houze Album Unboxings nah I loved that, and nobody seemed to really care about him anyway, he was just kinda there
Andy Serkis deserves to be clapped tbh.
That makes me sad. Andy Serkis was awesome in this movie. So was Martin Freeman but I can understand he's not as likeable a character (yet), no excuses to not applaud Andy Serkis though, he was one of the standouts of the movie.

what an amazing movie and right when it ended, I was greeted in heaven by SZA's voice
Who knew King Tchalla would leave us so soon. What a great actor and a great human being. RIP Chadwick. You will be dearly missed.
Seriously, no love for Bilbo and Gollum?!
Ryan O I loved them both in the movie
WHAT IS LOVE BABY DON'T HURT ME DON'T HURT ME NO MORE
Freeman and Serkis play characters most black people aren’t familiar with. majority of Blacks aren’t really into movies like LOTR or star wars
warrior1795 actually he's kinda true. Most black people view things like Star Wars and Lord Of The Rings as dorky and stupid kid stuff. Hell, I barely see any black people at San Diego Comic-Con.
Ryan O 😂😂😂
Black Panther has the best end credit roll in the whole MCU. I love they ended it with Kendrick Lamar and SZA, ALL THE STARS is STILL my favorite 🙂
RIP Chadwick Boseman 🖤🖤 gone far to soon, u made the role ur own and I don’t believe you will ever be replaced as black panther. #WakandaForever🖤

this hits way different now....
Same R.I.P Chadwick Boseman
That cheer for Danai. AS. IT. SHOULD. BE. Okoye killed it in this movie. And respect for all of the actors/actresses in this, they really gave it all.

Here after wakanda forever end credits ❤️✊🏼
Love you Chadwick
Omg were they laughing at Martin Freeman???
Anushka Mitra him and Andy Serkis since no one clapped for them
Jermaine Williams so you don’t clap for people even if they did a good performance because they are white?
Jermaine Williams well I wasn’t implying it directly towards you. I’m just asking that’s the reason that they didn’t clap.
Pretty much makes them as bad as the people in society that have an issue with them #Hypocrisy
Jermaine Williams I’m sorry. I’m not trying to be mean but that’s a little messed up. Race shouldn’t have a factor if you clap or don’t clap for someone. If they did an outstanding job. The shot of the WarRhino looks so cute. I didn't expect to gush over it.
