Hello, you can actually install the kickstart mechanism after the clutch - it's easy, you pull the spring tight with your thumb, grip the whole mechanism tightly, then push it into place. Great job by the way! Thanks!

Replaced with new one and it slipped off for the 5 times till date. Could it be the problem that I changed to Motul 5100 15W50 recently?. Also can the groove where the cir clip sits get smoothed off over the years of usage and slipping out?

What is the name and type of lube you use, bro? Also, how do we know that the kick gear has gone bad?!
oil is the same which we put in gearbox......the kick will stuck while engaging, so that way you can get a idea that the gear is bad.

Hi, my RX 135 kick idle gear lock is frequently going off and so the kick is slips. Can you help me identify the problem please?
