25:50 Dave, you have such a good point about not purely upgrading to 4K-only discs or movies because it makes more sense to always have a Blu-ray option instead (or a Blu-ray included with a 4K release). Frankly, I don't know for how much longer 4K will survive in the future and even if it does, 4K players are not as cheap as Blu-ray players and one can find used Blu-ray players at thrift stores for $5 to $15 dollars, so if one's Blu-ray player ever broke down, that would be an easy replacement (I have several used Blu-ray players as backups or for redundancy) while one isn't likely to find many 4K players in the wild at thrift stores in the future. 4K players may even disappear altogether with the rising dominance of streaming services for most consumers out there.
Some of these thrift stores have their prices super high. Ebay prices. I wonder how much of that stuff they end up throwing away because people wont buy because their prices are too high? I remember when thrift stores had most stuff for a dollar or less. Although, one of the Salvation Army thrift store where I live had their dvd's all for two for a dollar. Unfortunately, I didn't need many they had but I did get some at that fantastic price. There are still some good prices at some of the thrift stores out there, but, it seems that more & more of them have outrageously high prices for stuff that was donated. One of my friends was "dumpster diving" a thrift store & found the dumpster full of books. They had them way over priced & no one bought them & they threw hundreds of books away. I would love to find a dumpster of books or dvd's myself :)
Great finds at crazy low prices. I truly hope you donate towards that store in the future, I know they are a Christian based group who do so much for people in the area. You were blessed on that day!
That Chris Jericho Rock and Wrestling Rager "lunchbox" .... was ONLY available on his Rock and Wrestling Cruise! That was worth picking up.... well, of course, I AM a major wrestling fan...so might be a bit prejudiced.... but it honestly IS a rare item.
Dave, the replacement for The Replacements might need a replacement because I noticed damage on the bottom of the front of the artwork. Maybe it's pushed up or is easily folded back. Just a heads up from one collector to another.
I started to drool when you went into the second store....and there was the complete box set of CENTENIAL!!!! My ALL time FAVORITE mini series... even in VHS...I would find a way to watch it.... I want it on DVD.... I have read the book at least 100 times!
I miss those "ANNABELLE?!" and the zooming in on people in the background, giving you awkward stink face moments. Lol. Haven't seen those in a long time.
#FreeChristmasPickle Do you ever play hide the pickle? Youre supposed to hide it in your tree and have someone find it. Weve been doing it every year since like 2015 or so lol

$3 complete season sets and $1 blurays seasons sound pretty good though. It’s just goodwill. They suck everywhere.

3:24 Why was there a random rack in the parking lot?
Lots of thrift stores put items for sale outside

No hate, but why in the world would you drive 15 seconds? Can't you just walk? This is the most American thing I ever heard.
No hate, but don’t take everything so literally.
those sequin ears were so beautiful. it would of been hard for me not to take them all
