Your wirework videos are very easy to follow and well made. I've made wire jewelry for several years, but am always learning something new everyday and your videos are extremely helpful. Thank you so very much!
I just made these with green 6/0 silver lined glass beads for Christmas - they turned out so great! I'm relatively new to wire wrapping but you made it easy. Thank you! I look forward to all your videos.
You are incredibly talented and if not the best,...you are ONE of the best!... Thanks for sharing and keep showing us some more of your fantastic ideas!..
Thank you I've been making jewelry for many years however wire wrapping has never come as easy as other styles of jewelry. You're tutorial made me want to take another look. Thanks for sharing. 💜
Once again you have created a simply stunning piece that looks chic, expensive and complicated but you have also made it very simple. These are so beautiful and I can't wait to try a couple of different pairs. When you first showed them I was imagining a ring also. Mmmmm....I will play w/ that idea some. Thank you so much for this creation and as usual, you are Awesome!
Latoya Martin Thank you so much. That really means a lot to me. I really glad you like them, and yes, I can certainly imagine a ring in this style. Would make a lovely set :-)
I recently made 2 pair...one with earwires and one with posts...now on the post ones i added an 2 extra jump rings to allow it to dangle a little lower my grandaughters loved... them thank you and the beads I used were their birthstones. I have to make I have to make 5 more pairs before Christmas
I love these earrings. Your tutorials are clear and I am able to follow them easily and turn out pretty good items even after the first time I try it. Love your videos and really like your accent. Thanks so much!
THUMBS UP NO DOUBT!! I can't wait to begin this project! I've recently started to learn wire weaving, and have finally gotten decent at it! YOUR JEWELRY DESIGN IS STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL!!! 😍💜 I find weaving wire in particular to be very relaxing and I'm so happy to have found a whole new world of creativity!! Y💜U HAVE A NEW SUBSCRIBER! THANKS SO MUCH! 😊😊😊💜💕💖💕💜💕💖💕💜
I'm totally new to Jewellery making, but I find your tutorials excellent to follow. I tried the macrame cord wrapped cabochon for the very first time and I managed quite well, even though I don't have a macrame board yet. Cant wait to try the wire wrapped cabochon. the finished item looks so professional. Thank you for explaining so clearly. :-)
Thomas Harrison Thank you so much. That is great to hear. I'm sure you'll have a wonderful journey. Just a word of warning, it gets really addictive :-P
these are lovely! thank you for showing us how to do them. of all the weaver's I have watched you are the best of the best. the wire looks soft as butter as you work I am going to make a pair for my daughter she will love them.
I am completely in love with everything that you do, I made so many of your jewelry and most of them turned out beautiful! I still have to work on some, especially the kumihimo ones, but I think I will try a thinner wire than what you use, so I can work easier. Thank you!!
Kristen Black Thank you very much. Yes I thought the same, that they could certainly be used for Christmas Trees if made in the right colours, and then maybe put a start shaped bead in top as well :-)
Hi Christine, This is totally awesome, and I can not wait to try to make some. Could you kindly let me know if I need to use dead-soft wire, or half-hard wire, or does it make a difference? What about when there is no mention of which one it is? Your videos are so clear that it is a real treat to watch them. Thank you so much for your help, Yaffa.
yaffab11 Thank you so much. You are very kind. You can use whatever wire you feel most comfortable working with, but I prefer to use soft wire, and that is what I use in all my videos, because it's easier to work with and more malleable, but work hardens as you work with it and also gets stronger when you do wire wrapping with it, and I find that it works just fine for all the pieces I have made. I hope that helped :-)
You are SO talented, it never ceases to amaze me when I look around at different people’s art work online just how many truly gifted people there are, and not only that but how they are also kind enough to take the time to help others begin to achieve more of their own potential, your a superstar as far as I’m concerned 🤩👍🙂
wow! u r genius ! i love it so much! when ever do i get all of the metirial i will try to make everything that u have shon how to make :) :) thank u for uploading for your tutorials n teaching.
To Donna Shore. I can't seem to reply straight to you so I hope you get this. Thank you very much. I buy my wire from www.jewellerymaker.com. It is a copper based wire that is coated on sterling silver and then has an e-coating that makes it hypo-allergenic and protects it from tarnishing. I hope that was helpful :-)
Pamela Knopps Hello Pamela. That sounds great. Yes, you certainly could do that or some other mandrel if you want a different size. Would certainly be a little easier :-)
How can you tell which way to weave the weaving wire after you add the bead? I'm having a bit of trouble with that bit. Also can you use different gauges of wire besides the ones you mentioned and can you use any kinds of beads? Love your videos by the way
tbkk100 Thank you. Try and imagine that you are weaving a figure of eight, so if you've come over the base wire on one side, then add a bead, then you'll go under the base wire on the opposite side to continue weaving. I hope that makes sense. Yes you could certainly use other gauges of wire, just make sure that your base wire and weaving wire are a few gauges apart from each other. A general rule of thumb is at least two sizes between your two gauges. And you could certainly also use many different kinds of beads. It all depends on the look you want to achieve. I hope that was helpful :-)
Kalpana Shivaprakash You could certainly do that, if you have something in that shape. I didn't have anything I could use, so therefore I just did it by hand, but it would certainly make it easier :-)
You said that it was possible to work with a shorter weaving wire and start a new weaving wire later on in the piece. HOW do you do that?? I tried to start working with a 5 foot (1.5m) piece of 26 gauge wire and all I ended up with was a tangled mess of wire!!
Very nice. Only one thing "jump into" my eyes - earing should make simetry from both face sides for me so they had to be made going oposit ways. Theese are two lefts or two rights for me not a pair. Otherwise great look.
I am extremely grateful for all of your helpful, creative tutorials. My only suggestion would be to use as FEW words as possible. I love your tutorials, but when I see yet another one that looks like a beautiful piece of work and how l-o-n-g they are, it is frustrating. Some people are friendly and just like to talk, but it would be so helpful, if you could do less editorializing and more straight-to-the-point step-by-step instructions. But again, thank you so much.
I love your style of teaching. You are very talented!
I love this and going to give it a try, very well explained and I really appreciate your calm manner, thank you

Pamela Knopps Hello Pamela. That sounds great. Yes, you certainly could do that or some other mandrel if you want a different size. Would certainly be a little easier :-)
Do you have any videos about how to make a bracelet or earrings in caging technic?

I was wondering if it be easier to make the spiral on conical mandrel ??
Kalpana Shivaprakash You could certainly do that, if you have something in that shape. I didn't have anything I could use, so therefore I just did it by hand, but it would certainly make it easier :-)
Where did you get the earring findings from? You know the post part.
Grabas cerca del mar?? O solo yo escucho olas?
I love your work. Please can you tell me where you get your wire on spools. I can't find it . Looking forward to seeing more of your designs.
