I have the PEI version and absolutely love it. I ended up switching the ball out for a 4mm one, and used two of the conical springs together, one inside of the other, it's just about perfect for my preference now

I just attempted to modify my PEI version, but the springs all seemed to be the same resistance. Did you find the same thing? I’m gonna try the dual spring setup and see if that increases the resistance.

I was hoping that it strictly used those little "ball plungers". I was assuming it was maybe designed like the GAO Studio "MINI SP", where you could choose to install either 1 or 2 ball plungers to increase/decrease the click strength.
Deciding between Zirc or SC for this. Based on your experience with both materials for other fidgets, what do you think? I personally love the poppy sound and reverbs on SC coins but i'm not sure if it would translate the same for this. Thanks!
I think in this case the center slide plate material and bearing material choice will differentiate sound more than SC vs Zirc.
Depends on the SC cut too. Large copper sections, in theory, should absorb more sound.

What material is the inner plate on this one made out of? And if you've tried different plates, which is your favorite?
I have teflon and will likely leave it. Have heard that the metal plates dont slide smoothly.

@@Dynamic-Inertia I have a titanium one if you’d like to borrow and compare. I also have the PEI and prefer that. I was hoping the Ti would be a little quieter but it’s just kind of gummy and I can’t seem to work it out, so I’ll most likely be posting this one for sale.
