You need lifetime maintenance or surgery if needed. Kpag sira na completely ang inyong kidney you need lifetime dialysis or kidney transplant. Yong pagkain po ninyo ng maalat gaya ng patis at toyo will lead to kidney disease and highblood as well. When you have those disease it will also affect your heart. If you have blood pressure or high blood glucose it will lead also to stroke and heart attack. Hinde lang po yan dahil sa sobra pag consume ninyo ng red meat at fatty foods you will develop fatty liver that will lead to liver cirrhosis in the long run. Kakapitan din po kayo ng mga polyps sa inyong vital organs and cyst due to high level of cholestetol and salty food. Ang pinaka worst po ay cancer in your internal organs na likha po ng fats, cholesterol, sugar, red meat etc usually po tinatamaan nito ay colon, liver, kidney. Isa lang ang buhay natin. Life is beautiful. If we love ourself and our family we are going to look after ourself for them. Hope you will take this advice onboard. Pinaka safe po ninyo e mukbang ay fruits, certain kinds of fruits like like strawberry, raspberry, blueberries etc, vegetable salad, fish, chicken breast no skin. Sea foods like sugpo, lobster, talaba ay high in cholesterol din po yan. You also need to maintain good weight. Over weight po or being obese you will develop all those disease mentioned above.
