Well done Nick. You find the fabulous stuff and my good friend Jim too!. When I can see my dad Alan I will show him the footage of him, not sure I’ve ever seen his 10.28 big Allard dragster run, indeed his fastest ever run in that car, he did do 9.66 in the Skilton/Allard rail in 1966 bearing the same engine. Small link to Jim Tiller here as dad gave Jim a go in the dragster and Jim blew the engine to pieces!. Dads new book just out Allard the complete story has his Allard knowledge and has the dragster era well documented. Dads getting on at 80 years old now and likes to think back to these days.
