Welcome to the heavy spoilers show I'm your host Paul and this video we're breaking down the trailer for Captain America, Brave New World.

Throughout this video we're gonna be going through the easter eggs, hidden details and things you might have missed. We'll also be talking about how it links in with the comics and what happens in the red hulk storyline.
I was supposed to be at the Deadpool and Wolverine early sneak peak screening today with Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds but Marvel decided to drop this as well and unfortunately work gotta come first over me swanking about on a red carpet trying to pitch my squirrel girl movie. Hopefully you guys enjoy the breakdown though and please hit the thumbs up if you do.

So this picks up in the aftermath of several things across the wider MCU. Theres plot threads here that have been dangling for decades and we're finally getting the return of some characters. The first of these includes Tim Blake Nelson who will be starring in the film as the leader. All the way back in the incredible hulk he got hit with some hulk blood. This has turned him into the big villain and it's gonna be interesting to see where we go with him. Liv Tyler is also back as Betty Ross and her fathers now being played by Harrisson Ford.

Above all else I hope the story for Captain America 4 is well-written. No matter how amazing the effects and acting are it feels like a disappointment when the writing isn’t up to snuff.
Captain America: Winter Soldier was great so I have hopes this new chapter will be as exciting.
Finally, it’d be great to address the Celestial corpse. My theory all along is that various countries (primarily Asian due to proximity) have been sending research teams to the Celestial (think Antarctic expeditions) and they’ve been collecting exotic materials from the Celestial.
That is all.
I like how Giancarlo is just quietly thrown in. Imagine saving a big role for one of the greatest villain actors

As you know me being a 39 yr old retired OIF US Army Paratrooper like Sam Wilson (Except he was a paratrooper in the Airforce)
Captain America and Bucky Barnes are my favorite Marvel Super Heroes. Well Wolverine for X-Men.
Anyways I’m so pumped man. I enjoyed Falcon and The Winter Soldier more than most people and actually just rewatched it. I’m so pumped for this man, probably more than Deadpool but it’s just my preferences that’s all. Seeing Isaiah Bradley do what he did in this trailer, he must of had a good reason right? Anyways I can’t wait man and do you think Red Hulk will go full villain or more anti hero like in the comics? Also will he help defeat Samuel Sterns? We got a quick shot of Samuel from behind in the trailer. Cheers! And Dua Lipa is mine you chump! Wife knows she’s my hall pass so stay back Paul, stay back!

I personally love Captain America and The Winter Soldier. It definitely was a more grounded MCU movie. I also enjoyed Falcon and The Winter Soldier. I feel these films and shows were a nice break from all the super hero films

I couldnt agree more 5:02 Marvels Biggest issue Is the Missing Cohesive Storyline connecting everything together and its the main reason people were leaving BUT hopefully Deadpool and Wolverine fix it
I was never really into falcon, pretty much didn't like the character but ever since hes picked up that shield, idk why but for some reason im liking it. They way his glider go supersonic with the shield on his back just looked so dam cool.

Sorry, Paul, but I saw a report that said that Sebastian Stan will not be returning as Bucky Barnes in Captain America: Brave New World. I saw that report sometime in 2023 and that Marvel wants to use Bucky Barnes strictly for the Thunderbolts for the immediate future.
