I have also got the Tough Dog kit for my Thar from Thomas. It's truly great. Not only is the articulation improved, but the highway manners are also considerably improved. I can now confidently hold triple digit speeds on long highways. Completed Bangalore to West Bengal (2100 kms) in just 28 hours thanks to far superior body control and reduced fatigue.
Exactly what I felt while driving on the same long hignway terrain and the most difficult offroad patches which I have covered multiple times as this time I had the confidence to cruise through all of them with comfort. These gogs are till now the best shocks for thar specially for the people who like to cover long distances with rough patches too.
Brother i am from chennai tamilnadu i want install more comfortable suspension for my jeep wrangler can help me to tell which suspension is good and more comfortable for highway and local drive

Sure with around 2000km of approx drive on rough and highways collectively,we can now comment formally about the changes felt in the driving experience for sure. See with stock oil shocks we always had this major pain that the rear dampers were only relying on the spring as practically the rear dampers are main reason of pathetic thar stability specially on high speed as the entire pressure was handled by the springs only as the shocks dosent come to its place after they are pressed on uneven potholes or surfaces due to which the entire load was handled by springs only and the reason why in high speeds when we have to cross the sppedbreakers or uneven surfaces thar always performed worst in terms of loosing its direction and we often felt that its going out of control from the rear side .Now with TD the dampers are foamcell and nitrogas mix where springs are bigger and the dampers mix gracefully with the spings and complement each other on uneven surfaces even if you abuse on high speeds either on offroad patches or highways .The foamcell 40mm lift has made the steering lighter and the confidence one can feel now .Experience with TD IS extraordinary no doubt and worth to go for Mate.Hope this help buddy and I really want all thar owners to spend there hard earned money on dampers to improve handling before they go for cosmetic changes for lakhs .
@@manishgamer true, this is a must change. Thanks, this clarifies a lot. I had ARC installed which couldn’t fix these issues. Only thing they improved is tail spinning and little stability due to being stiff. So i wasted my chunk to fix my thar little too early. Was confused afterwards but have been chasing TD ever since. Anyhow one needs this type of setup to enjoy full potential.
Given i ride this vehicle only, im more inclined to fix it instead of going higher for trucks or other options. Thanks for your time and suggestions appreciate it.

Please contact -6th mile customs shop Banglore located .They can answer as I dont think it will fit scorpio because of the upper arm and lower arm shape ,but still check with them as they can give you some alternatives buddy.
It is the Gold standard of suspension and rated very well after OME Australia. As a matter of fact, the same suspension also works for Scorpio-N in Australia.
Any reason for choosing Autopsyche and not 6th Mile or Adonz ?
Agree with your thoughts 👍felt the same with mine dogs…. Well Autopsyche are based in Gurgaon and I ordered my toughdogs from 6thmilecustoms too but the installations happened in gurgaon .
Is there any need to get the steering damper too, given the MT Tyres you are driving?
@SWUNKJYN The front is not solid axle and there is no death wobble plus the lift is under 2 inches so no need of Steering dampers Mate👍

Allignment is must after you install the new suspension…..any allignment shop will do that
Bro do we need to change tyres also ?? Or with stock tyres and alloys it works
Stock are 255/65/R18. But alloys are bit wider so you need to upgrade tyre size too buddy

Good ,, but u have all those heavy stuff in your vehicle,, bumper carrier ,, so it’s work fine in yours only ,, it’s been pain in stock vehicle nd become very stiff ride for sure
Hey I would like you watch this video - link below. This guy has stock jimny light vehicle and he really got amazed with tough suspension performance . These toughdog are gold rated tested suspensions on both heavy and lightest vehicles and the foamcell technology help all vehicles not to face shockfail experience which we have all face with thar stock suspensions . Especially at 130kmph speed thar stock losses its driving stability but with toughdog you can feel the confidence with no swing on your ride on highways that I personal have felt in my recent SPITI dive……hope this help
