    Hello,
thank you for your fantastic channel videos and topics.
how to apply the moving loads in load combinations?
    thank you

Hi there, I am happy you liked the video,
you can use moving loads (the load case, not + or -) as a normal combination in (manual combinations) that is totally fine.

    Hello,
Would you prepare a session about applying thermal loads on a steel structure using RSA, and explain the way we calculate the thermal loads using Eurocode?
    Thank you a lot

I will keep that in mind. I still am a little bit overstretched with multiple video series I have on this channel, but I will definitely keep this suggestion tabbed.

why don"t you apply the moving load to the offset crane beam directly?

What about locrane combination for example 1.2DL +1.6LL

Depends on the crane itself. Usually cranes are considered live loads (because they are of moving nature). I do not see why you would need to have dead loads for the crane.
Even if the crane "crab element" does have a "self weight", as strange as it sounds, since the crane is moving on the beam, this self weight is treated as live load.
If I misunderstood your question, feel free to clarify.
      Regards,
      CEE

      Hi there.
You have to run the analysis first.
Then select the moving load case,
and make sure that: forces generated automatically is selected.

Make sure that you have selected building design as your robot template.

@@BA-gp7sr i had this issue myself, according to an autodesk forum you need to go to Tools -> Customize menus -> loads/special loads, and then you need to activate " moving loads", you'll know it's activated if it's turned green
