Bone broth is very very good for your health Kim. I’m diagnosed with stage four cancer and when my ANC (absolute neutrophil count) is low, bone broth is the thing. All dem chicken foot soup and soup bone are great. I even use it to cook my rice rather than water sometimes and when I’m cooking curry chicken or brown stew chicken

As someone who has lived in both North & South East Coast I can confidently say Publix beats all the Northeast Supermarkets hands down. The only competitor would be a Stop& Shop Super Ctr teamed up with either Whole Foods or Trader Joe's
