Hi Albert I'm so addicted to your food the andalusia spinach epanades the dough is crazy and the potatoes boiled and baked with sauce just incredible thank you god bless you
I learned a very similar dish called Syracuse salt potatoes and they are a family favorite as a side dish. I'm definitely going to be trying it with that sauce that you made it sounds really tasty. :)
Wow never try this before, looks very tasty potato recipes, its look simple too, I wil try it later, great share my friend, I really enjoy it, send you love with like , have a great day and wishing you all the best
Thank you for your potato recipes... They're the absolute best! Potatoes have always been my fav comfort food, and your potato dishes are just another level!
It is mouth watering. The dip is very close to Indian green coriander chutney.we add hot green chillies to it.being a potato fan and a vegetarian I love all your aloo/ potato dishes.👍👍
I thought these were typical of the Canary Islands, I remember our chef putting them on the menu everyday at work, as Canarian Potatoes. Delicious🌺🌸👍✌️
A lot of the channels I sub are food channels and I discovered this one today. Awesome easy to follow recipes, easy to understand the OP. Subbed and agreeable gent. Now my lady is going to want to eat these bad boys. 😋 👍🙏🙂
Yes. The seed most of us know as coriander and the leaf is cilantro, but east indians and brits will often use the term coriander for both. Best to use the youngest leaves as people unfamiliar with the herb may taste "soap" when eating older larger leaves/ stems. Enjoy! wherever you are
@@miguelmarquez4192 thank you for that, I thought it might be coriander as its used a lot on American cooking shows, although I had wondered if the yanks had a magical new herb that only they could get!
You can add salt in excess because potatoes will only take the proper. Besides, some lemon and/or coriander stems into the boiling water will improve flavour. Just to try to add something to a perfect explained recipe.
Cilantro is known as coriander. I would season the salsa verde with some Knorr vegetable granules rather than salt. No Marco Pierre White references allowed.
@Eastern fence Lizard muy diferente. Y no es de isla a isla ni de casa a casa. Si uno quiere saber, hay cientos de restaurantes en canarias que te dan la receta. Pero lo que hicieron en este vídeo no está bien, para nada!
lovely but papas arrugas are not Spanish, far less iconic Spanish dish. Like the Canary Islands are just that, not the Spanish Canary Islands. It is quite disgusting to hear that language referred to our cuisine. Imagine calling any traditional dish from any of the British colonies Iconic British food. . No thanks
1993 - 2002 I spent every year 2 to 3 weeks in Puerto de la Cruz on Teneriffe with my Grandmother.

Is it cilantro or parsley????

Is green herb what the rest of the world call coriander?

Isn't eating 1 and a half tablespoons of salt incredibly unhealthy?
No
My dad calls carne asada "carne arrugada." I just cant think of the word arrugada as appetizing....even being gay. Ha!
Do Spaniards also say papas as potatoes? Cos that’s common in South America.
No, people from the Canary Islands say papas. People from the mainland say patatas.
Same with South America.
Oh, my husband makes the Moho Verde with , parsley, cilantro, garlic cloves, avocado, and olive oil
