Thus there is often a separate queue at the gate in the waiting hall (look for a picture of a Red ticket), often it can be quicker and shorter than the lines for the electronic gates with the Blue tickets. Sometimes they start manual processing before allowing access to the electronic gates too, as they allow families with babies and the elderly to board, as there may only be a few Red ticket holders.

However, if you have a special request, we do our best to get your what you wish to buy by purchasing and cancelling and purchasing again until we get your desired seat.
