I've tried it but now I updated my workout to: 100 star jumps 4×25 burpees 20 jump squats (not in sets) plank crawl (1 song) 20 up and downs (not in sets) 100 plank twists (not in sets) 100 ab crunches (not in sets) 30 squats (not in sets) plank (1 min) I'm actually doing this while fasting (fasting is when Muslims/people dont eat or drink from sunrise to sunset) and I'm actually surprisingly not dead, but its not as bad as it sounds. Today was my second day.😅
Bro every movement kills me but the fact the results are so good are literally insane in a day my body already flattened a bit BUT THE PROCESS KILLS ME
I did this for 1 month and the results are really effective, first few days I thought I would die and if everyone want to do this then I suggest at first do all of them only 20 times then increase the number slowly cuz on the first I tried to do it exactly as Lessarafim and almost died doing Burpees P.S: I didn't do the Burpees ever again 🐧 Edit :I regret my words cuz I started doing Burpees now and it would be better if y'all take rest and do it slowly or else your whole body will hurt much more ( ofc I'm just saying that in my case and I'm not that much enlightened abt it )
i think this workout rather than shaping a good body, its more for breaking their muscle and rebuild it, to increase their flexibility.. we know how stiff sakura and yunjin movement before...
I actually did it and thought it was easy😅 tip: on the crunches, do 25 crunches, 25 russian twists, 25 bicycle and 25 sit ups, it's more fun and burns like crazy :)
and no update after 2months, her body definitely feel sore until now. Bro, a sudden heavy work out can loosen up all pf your muscles and joints, loosen in a negative, inshort , a feeling of a died 👁️👁️

Gosh nothing beats burpees i was at a chokehold while doing it. Also those who takes breaks in btw the exercises...... That's completely normal and a better thing to do than pressurize your body too much. It's ok to stop if ur body tells u to. Atleast we r better than the couch potatoes who r just watching this but not taking a step forward.
Also guys if you want for the jumping jack do 30 jumping jacks then relax and do it again for three times then do 10 more jumping jacks so it become 100 but 30 60 90 and then 10 is 100 hope it helps
Day 1 of doing lesserafim's workout, I did everything except the burpees and crunches cause I'm actually on my period but I really felt the pain, it was actually really tiring but when it ended I was actually happy I did it without giving up and actually finished it.
Day 2 of working out like lesserafim and honestly I feel like I'm going to throw up but at the same time I'm feeling good. I honestly think this can boost your cardio and make you feel less exhausted like when you do common things for example going upstairs
Day 3 of doing lesserafim workout and honestly it was the worst today idk why but after showering and relaxing a bit i felt like this was a boost of energy
Day 4 of doing lesserafim's workout and let me tell you this HURT when i tell you i wasn't able to do it fully i'm not lying. I felt like my muscles were burning but i could really feel that my belly got flatter in such a short time so if you wanna lose fat in a short amount of time do this workout. I'm thankful i found this cause even i hate it, this is really effective and I feel like my stamina improved.
Day 5 of doing lesserafim's workout and honestly i think i'm starting to get used to it. The jumping jacks were not that hard anymore and same goes for the other exercises, in the end i felt like something was missing because it wasn't hurting that much lmao, as someone who has asthma i can tell that at first I felt like my lungs were tightening but in the end I could inhale for longer than i usually do. So honestly aside from losing fat and weight it also helps you with your stamina and your breathing.
Day 6 of doing lesserafim's workout and I saw a little improvement while doing the burpees, like it came more naturally and I had less trouble doing but the full workout itself is still really tiring and effective. In only 6 days I wasn't the only one to notice that my belly changed, my mom pointed it out also and I agree that my stomach has gone flatter and flatter everyday and my abs are starting to become visible even tho I'm still fat. For people that also want to lose face fat it's perfect I personally noticed that my double chin was slowly fading away. If I had an advice to give is not to forget to eat and digest before doing the workout or you're gonna feel dizzy and stay hydrated it's really important, if you're not too lazy try to warm up also and I think that's all I had to say. Good luck guys !
When I did this on the first day Omg u guys my breathing was uneven vision was blur and my legs were wobbling all the day I would recommend this but at ur first do all the exercises in half it's really not good to go and do all the exercises in one go💀
I took like a 5 minute breaks after every workout because the burpees made my legs shaky the whole time so it was hard to countinue without feeling like your about to fall. I don't know why I thought this was gonna be easy especially since I know I have a weak stamina and i am a pretty skinny person (my musle strength is not strong).
I love star jumps but after the star jumps were burpees and i felt like i had just gone through war and after the burpees it felt like freedom and victory
I really wanna do this now. I'm just trying to lose some weight but mostly just get into shape since I always feel lazy and I hate it lol. I'll start tomorrow 😂
@@misfiliiiii okie thank you , by the way if u do not consume oily , salty and sweet foods and don't starve yourself bcz of hunger then it will be fine just have something light and healthy whenever you feel hungry and have protein then u'll get good result and it will take time to get abs so u need to have patience and be consistent.

if ur back really hurts then pls shorten the reps or do it with even more precision because ur back is not supposed to hurt during planks
