I feel that J cole and Kendrick are more influential to me. I'm not a huge Drake fan. I think he was better back in the day. But, I'm in a different generation. I think Drake rides trends more than having anything deep to say.

“No one is doing it at the level or the consistency as Cole out Cole, Drake, Kendrick”? Cole has 6 albums out with 1 classic album, Drake has 7 albums out with 2 classic albums, Kendrick has 4 albums out with 3 classic albums with one of his albums being one of the greatest rap albums of all time (TPAB). I get Kendrick hasn’t put an album out in 4 years but he is by far the most consistent out of the 3.
Kendrick has two at best tpab was great but it falls short of a classic that’s good Kidd mad city and section .80 even though the latter isn’t a album and drake has only one and that’s take care that’s it

I’ll give you your Drake point. Take Care is one of the albums I consider classic but my favorite album is If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late.

Cole has more than 1 classic album. 4YEO was soo underrated. 2014 has iconic songs on it. The whole concept of KOD was great as well.
@@shadowless2109 underrated and great is different than classic. KOD and 4 Your Eyes Only are good but they are not classic. 2014 Forest Hills Drive is a CLASSIC! Cole is one of my favorite artists and his feature game is next to none but his albums don’t typically reach the classic the threshold.
I liked the features, but I love his verses and storytelling, so I prefer no features.
